A very pleasant stay.
Lovely view of the village chalets and the mountains beyond.
A great base for exploring Valais: a truly beautiful region.
The apartment was spacious, with lovely wood decor, and the spa was fantastic: a large jacuzzi, sensory showers, a bio-sauna, a hammam (darkness with small colored lights), a sauna, relaxation rooms...
And the reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always attentive. All our requests were accommodated. The bedding was fine.
The kitchen was quite large and well-equipped, with ample cupboard space.
We were very happy.
Perfect.
The hotel's location is great, but the daily commute to and from the winding roads isn't ideal for long-term use. The hotel itself is okay, but the lack of air conditioning is a real nuisance in the summer. Interestingly, guests have access to a jacuzzi, sauna, mini gym, playroom for small children, and a retro games room. Near the hotel, there's a viewpoint with a paragliding launch site.
We chose an apartment in this complex because it was a great price!
We stayed for 5 nights with our dog. The bedroom we chose was a single room with a kitchen and a table (for two). The space was well-designed (there was a convenient closet in the entrance for suitcases and clothes). It truly had everything we needed, and it was clean. For an additional fee, rooms with balconies or outdoor spaces are available.
Convenient parking is nearby, and the location is quiet.
The spa and gym are also included in the price. Highly recommended.
I loved the spa. The room and facilities were clean, and the view was beautiful.
The only thing that disappointed me was the mattress and pillow, which were too soft for my comfort. So I didn't sleep well, but otherwise it was great.
