Parking frente a tu apartamento. Con muchas comodidades. Para 5 lo vimos muy justo pero es viable. No tiene ascensor y hay hasta 3 plantas. Pero es zona privada con tu coche dentro y todo muy cómodo.

Excelente ubicacion.
La señal WiFi no llega a los apartamentos.
Tuvimos una avería con la electricidad del apartamento y nos vimos abandonados, literalmente. Llamabos a un número de teléfono de aistencia y nos salia un buzon de voz en el que debiamoa dejar el memsaje. No había nadie del complejo que nos asistiera.
Gracias a Nicolá el gerente del restaurante y a Manuela su madre, que es española y nos atendieron.
Sólo ellos nos ayudaron, hicieron las gestiones llamando por teléfono para que nos dieran un apartamento para poder pasar nuestra última noche.
Es lamentable que siendo un complejo tan grande no haya un servicio con 24 h de asistencia para emergencias.

Appart'Hotel muy bien ubicado para visitar la Costa Azul. Con muy fácil acceso a la autopista y en un lugar con mucho encanto. Tiene aparcamiento amplio exterior (8 € x Día). Los apartamentos son pequeños y los muebles algo antiguos pero muy cómodo. Lo peor es que estuvimos 5 días con las mismas toallas, no la cambian ni hacen la habitación. La cocina muy bien equipada (tiene de todo y muy nuevo). Ideal para ir en familia. Una buena piscina. Lo recomiendo.

We spent two weeks at the Rives de Cannes Mandelieu. The complex is well located, close to the beach, within walking distance, and to the small weekly market. Close to Cannes, only a 20-minute drive. Other shops are a walk away. It's a shame there isn't a small supermarket within the complex.

We ate several times at the Crusoé restaurant, which was always warmly welcomed and the food was also good. The menu is relatively small, and the restaurant is open 5 days a week.

Our accommodation (supposedly for 5 people, but with 4 beds, 4 chairs, etc.) could have done with a good refresh, including the paintwork, the finishing touches, the dampness, the bathroom, and the damaged kitchen units. The mattresses were uncomfortable, which didn't encourage a good night's sleep. The bedroom was really small, so we left it for a child and slept by joining the sofa beds in the living room. The Wi-Fi connection is catastrophic, both the basic and paid versions (we expect better in 2025, especially since there isn't much to do at the complex in the evenings).

We were particularly disappointed by the lack of activities offered. For a family resort, there's a lack of entertainment, both during the day and in the evenings. The pool is well-supervised, and it's easy to find a sun lounger with a parasol, but the lifeguard, as friendly as he is, is a security guard, ensuring that no one plays with a ball or a rubber ring, or drinks around the pool (a real shame in the middle of summer in Mandelieu!). Strict adherence to these safety rules is sometimes difficult to explain to children who want to enjoy themselves and play.

For the price paid, the services need to be reviewed.
