I had a fantastic stay, and I want to highlight the best thing about this establishment: the staff are absolutely amazing.

The managers and their teams are lovely, attentive, and very personable – you feel welcomed, listened to, understood, and comfortable.

The hotel's design is a bit dated, admittedly, but it's very well-equipped, clean, and easily accessible.

Elevator, trolleys, etc. – everything is there! One small point for improvement: the beds and pillows.
The size and comfort were a little "hard" or "narrow" for my taste; I didn't necessarily sleep very well every day, but bedding is a very individual thing and can't suit everyone.

I came for the mountains, as usual, and I'm leaving with their smiles and kindness as a lasting memory.

In short, value for money: 5/5
€500 a week = unbeatable. I'll definitely be back.

If you're looking for more comfort, that's understandable, but at this price, you're already extremely well served, so you shouldn't "ask for too much" ;-)

An ideal location, but disappointing comfort.

The residence is very well located, in the heart of the resort, with a pleasant and professional welcome.

However, we were quite disappointed by the comfort of the apartment. The accommodation for 5 people is functional and fairly well laid out, but the whole thing seems really dated, especially the kitchen.

The bedding is the main drawback for us: the beds are too small, both in width and length, and the mattress unfortunately doesn't allow for a comfortable sleep.

It's a shame, because the location and the quality of the welcome are real assets. Modernizing the apartments and especially improving the bedding would certainly make the stay much more pleasant.

For our first experience with Pierre & Vacances, we therefore leave with a rather disappointing impression.

L’emplacement de la résidence Les Mouflons I et II ainsi que la qualité de l’accueil semblent avoir constitué les points forts de votre séjour. Située au cœur de la station, la résidence permet en effet de profiter facilement des commerces, activités et paysages de montagne.

Nous regrettons néanmoins que votre première expérience avec Pierre & Vacances n’ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes, Pierre. Si vous avez apprécié l’agencement fonctionnel de votre appartement, nous comprenons que l’état général du logement ainsi que certains équipements vous aient donné une impression de vieillissement.

Il est d'autant plus dommage que ces aspects aient influencé votre perception du séjour alors que l'emplacement privilégié de la résidence et l'accueil de nos équipes vous avaient laissé une impression positive.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et espérons que cette première découverte de Pierre & Vacances vous donnera malgré tout l'occasion de découvrir d'autres résidences de notre gamme.
