We spent two weeks at the residence, two adults and a baby. Overall, we were satisfied with the value for money, although the resort and the residence weren't entirely suitable for a baby (the paddling pool wasn't available, and the activities included with the "summer activities gift card" weren't suitable for babies). However, this didn't stop us from having a good stay. The accommodation was larger than we expected, with a large dressing room. We opted for a mountain view, and it was truly a beautiful view, especially of the sunset. The accommodation was well-equipped. A thorough cleaning wouldn't have gone amiss, but it was fine. The staff at the various reception desks were always friendly and helpful.
The accommodation matched the description, was clean, well-equipped, and had a balcony overlooking the resort and mountains. The pool could use some maintenance but was adequate; the water was heated to 28 degrees Celsius, and the children's pool was inaccessible. Shops were nearby. The staff was welcoming.
The residence is very well located – it must be great in winter! The apartment is well designed and well equipped – except for the carpet in the bedrooms.
