Pool, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, im Sommer auch gut bezahlbar. Das Bad könnte sauberer geputzt sein, sonst aber wirklich schön!

Residence properly maintained despite some corrections to be made to the automatic lighting of the common areas which does not always turn off or light up at the right time, especially when the accommodation is at the end of the corridor! But overall I am very satisfied with my stay and the reception staff are very attentive. I happily recommend this residence.

Arrived yesterday at 4 p.m., rooms not ready. We collect them at 6 p.m. without any message from reception. The rooms are not made as expected in the service. They came twice to bring us sheets, then pillows.
We asked for a gesture, they replied "nice try". In short, catastrophic service

Hello, I have been trying for 1 week, in vain, to contact the manager of the Albane Pierre et Vacances residence who takes care of the accommodation that I reserved from 02/15/2024 to 02/22/2024 by telephone on 04 92 20 66 70 (no possibility of leaving a voice message because the voicemail is full) or by email on reception.vars-albane@groupepvcp.com or by contacting Pierre et Vacances who directs me to the number and email address above. I even sent two complaints to Pierre et Vacances for which I was again referred to the contact details above. So I go around in circles and I have no one to answer me.

I had to search on my own on the internet to find that the Maeva brand belongs to Pierre et Vacances. So I was able to find the Google page to contact Maeva de Vars. I managed to speak with them but they also refer me to you.

Please come back to me privately so that we can speak quickly because I would like to provide important details about my future stay (parking space reservation, additional services, etc.)

I would be led to change my rating if I am satisfied with your support.
