Sehr freundliches Personal.

We liked the hotel's location and the spaciousness of the room, plus the ground-floor terrace.

However, there was a lack of cleanliness: the toilet was covered in limescale, the floors were dirty and couldn't be cleaned (the vacuum cleaner was broken, and there was no floor cleaning equipment). The common areas were outdated.
