Very central location with a supermarket nearby

There were bugs in the hotel room. When we woke up, we couldn't even put our feet on the floor because of all the insects. It was incredibly unpleasant and disgusting, among many other adjectives. I booked flights and hotel through eDreams, as I have many times before, and they excused themselves by saying it was a hotel issue, and the hotel is owned by eDreams. In short, neither of them resolved the problem. At reception, they simply said "I'm sorry," and by email, they kept giving me the runaround until they finally concluded that they couldn't do anything about the videos and photos I sent them, of which there were quite a few. They have proof, but it's better that the customer leaves dissatisfied. What we experienced in that room was unsanitary. If I could attach the videos, I would so everyone could see it. I will never return to any of this hotel's franchises anywhere in the world, solely because of the awful experience I had. Very bad, very, very bad.
