Magnificent view of the bay from the terrace...we even saw a dolphin jumping!

Excellent value

Beautiful Norman-style residence, very pleasant indoor and outdoor swimming pools and well equipped with deckchairs (even if some have had their day), table football, ping pong table, sale of ice cream.
There were 4 of us in a semi-detached house designed for 6 people with a terrace overlooking the garden to have 2 separate bedrooms. the best: beautiful view from upstairs, proximity to swimming pools and parking, comfortable beds.
Cons: degraded interiors (paints, moldy bathroom joints), overall cleanliness to be reviewed, limited equipment (limited dishes, worn dishwasher not working properly, same toaster, a simple dirty broom to clean the floor, wooden beams rotten wood on the terrace which was going to shreds)
Even if the residence is well located and welcoming, it does not deserve premium status for accommodation and therefore the value for money is distorted.
