First experience for us at Pierre & Vacances, accommodation with an exceptional view, very clean, lovely staff, we will definitely be back, we highly recommend it.
The upstairs rooms with sea views are the undeniable strong point of this residence: the view is a wonder at every moment and is definitely worth the detour. However, the on-site reception is a real weak point. With only three people for an empty residence, the service is clearly insufficient. The hours are very restrictive (closing from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.), without any ANTICIPATION for customers. Access to Wi-Fi was also impossible, making teleworking complicated. The cleaning staff, on the other hand, was much more available although helpless! To top it all off, while Amex is an accepted payment method when booking online, we were asked for a Visa or Mastercard to pay the tourist tax on site, information that should be clearly communicated in advance. Some safety work is required. Faulty tiling in the stairs leading to the upper floor should be reported to reception. (Surprisingly, they didn't notice. Who can do it? ...
