The response was: "Your tourist tax is [amount]." We had paid a significant sum for a panoramic view apartment on a high floor. We slept on the ground floor the first night. We requested a room commensurate with the price from the head office. Now, in December 2025, this establishment is treating us like people who left a mess behind. We have been loyal P&V customers for 25 years. This establishment failed to provide us with any assistance. Their initial remarks amounted to nothing more than "dirtying us." We will not accept this humiliation.
