Die Zimmer und das kleine Apartment sind wunderbar: toll eingerichtet, sehr funktional und gemütlich. Ich war mit der Unterkunft extrem zufrieden.
ABER: Das Parken ist eine absolute Frechheit. Man zahlt 10 CHF pro Nacht für einen reservierten Parkplatz, der in meinem Fall an vier Tagen von Fremden belegt war. Das Personal hat auf Nachfrage nichts Wirkliches dagegen unternommen. Es ist inakzeptabel, für einen Stellplatz zu kassieren, der einem dann nicht zur Verfügung steht. Unterkunft top, Service beim Parken ein absoluter Flop.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely view, clean, and the cooking utensils and kitchen are available and clean. I just didn't like that they ask guests to remove their bed linens, duvets, and pillows before leaving. Parking is available with a daily fee.
The hotel is good, but my experience in ground floor unit 503 was extremely bad.
The rooms have no air conditioning or fans, which is okay given the area's cool climate, but the ground floor is completely uninhabitable. You can't open the windows for two reasons:
First, they offer a wide view of the outside, with no privacy. Second, opening the windows would attract all sorts of flying insects and spiders, so you should keep them closed and risk being bothered by insects.

Another issue: On my first day, the hotel didn't provide parking, forcing me to park in public parking lots at a cost.
I requested the hotel to upgrade me to a higher floor, but to no avail.
My suggestions:
Add ventilation and install screens on the windows, or utilize the ground floor for non-residential purposes.
Allocate a parking space for each unit upon arrival. Guests arrive exhausted from their journey only to face the hassle of finding parking and then dealing with pest control.
