We had an unexpected situation. We made a reservation for three people, and one of them got sick and had to be hospitalized right around the dates of our reservation. We asked the accommodation to change the dates or cancel the reservation, but they refused. They didn't offer any alternative to resolve the situation. I think the management between Booking.com and Pierre & Vacances was very poor. They showed no consideration whatsoever; their treatment was very cold and lacked empathy.

We tried to contact them because we needed to cancel or modify our reservation due to a serious reason: one of my companions was hospitalized. We called the accommodation to explain the situation, and they told us it was Booking.com's responsibility to change the dates. We weren't asking for a refund, but at least to change the dates. We contacted Booking.com, and they said it was the accommodation's responsibility; they passed the buck back and forth, didn't understand that it was a serious reason, and on top of that, they didn't change the dates or offer a refund. Zero understanding…
Lack of professionalism and empathy.

I'm hospitalized with pneumonia and they haven't helped me cancel my reservation, nor have they given me the option to change the dates. That speaks volumes. Thanks for nothing. I hope you enjoy the money you're keeping.

Very nice accommodation, very clean. The only downside is the bathroom, which is too small (narrow shower entrance) and there isn't enough counter space to store our personal belongings.

This is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely return.

Work in the elevator blocks from 8:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. So impossible to sleep! The only "Hotel" where you will go to sleep but where it will be impossible! Thank you Pierre et Vacances! Remind me to never book in your structures again!

Nous comprenons parfaitement votre mécontentement concernant les désagréments rencontrés lors de votre séjour.
