DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!
THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS! They didn't return our €200 deposit!
The worst experience I've ever had. The place lacks basic hygiene, the facilities are in poor condition, and the customer service is appalling. It's nothing like what they promise in the booking. Avoid this accommodation at all costs if you don't want to ruin your trip.
The photos are a complete lie. The room is tiny, it was dirty (stained sheets and a moldy bathroom), and the musty smell was unbearable. Furthermore, the walls are paper-thin, and it's impossible to rest because of the noise. The staff's treatment was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I've been complaining for weeks because they haven't returned the deposit we paid for the room. They blamed us for breaking the electric stovetop.
We've emailed, called, NOTHING. It's a disgrace.

Extremely comfortable!! The reception staff treated us wonderfully and helped us rent skis, we'll be back!!!

Disastrous place! Avoid at all costs!
A week before our holiday they have cancelled a stay for 10 people due to 'operational issues' and then just completely dissapeared! Didn't answer any of our messages, phone calls and even booking.com could not make them cooperate. We had to relocate to another town (!) and incurred massive additional costs! Such properties should not be allowed to be open at all!

Avoid at all costs! Shame on the managers!
As regular guests of Pierre & Vacances resorts, including this one, we just spent four days here. We will never set foot in this place again and will never return to any Pierre & Vacances resort.

For three nights, you're treated to a nightclub atmosphere, shouting, people running around in ski boots, and apartments with open doors and tables in the hallway where people smoke, drink, and sing. Of course, you're given a number for a manager who is impossible to reach, and at reception during the day, they tell you to call the police.
The problem is that this happens on every floor and every night. The first night, after several arguments on different floors with the rowdy guests, I snapped at 2:00 AM and called the police. Their response: contact the resort.

Summary: change your company name to "Pierre and Fiesta," at least that would be honest, unlike you.
