For us, a 10 for the entire apartment hotel, very modern, very clean, very friendly staff, everything very close and you can park easily on the street, the pool is very nice... in short, very, very good, we still have a few days left before we leave... we will return.

My family and I spent 14 days in the apartments. We had a very pleasant stay. The poolside bar is great. You can order bread and croissants for the next day. The bar serves beers and snacks. The reception staff is very friendly and willing to provide information about the island. I found the restaurant recommendations in Ciutadella and Cala Blanes very helpful and good. I travel a lot and I find the pool area, water quality, and clarity to be excellent.

The apartment was very nice, spacious, and pleasant, but the service clearly left something to be desired.
Security deposit: The website states that it can be paid in cash or by credit card. On arrival, the reception told us that only card payment was possible.
Misleading information: Several items advertised on the website were false, such as the pool hours and restaurant services. For example, it states that pastries and sandwiches can be ordered. In reality, when I tried to buy a sandwich, I was told that the ones in the window were "for viewing" and that I had to wait 15 minutes (with only three choices available).
Linen and towel management: After a heavy storm, we used the paid dryer (€3 for 30 minutes) to dry our clothes, but nothing was dry when we left. That day, the towels and sheets needed to be changed. Instead of providing 4 towels as upon arrival (we were in an apartment designed for 4, but 3 occupants), the reception only left 3 and did not change the sheets. When we asked for an extra towel because we were soaked, the receptionist told us that "dryers are available to dry your towels" and that if we wanted one more, it would be €10 per towel. In summary: the apartment is very good, but the service is unprofessional, the information advertised is misleading and the staff lacks flexibility and consideration.

We really enjoyed our stay.
We loved the location, the apartments, the pool, and the staff was excellent.
As a suggestion for improvements, I would check the comfort of the daybed and also avoid placing the protective nets around the pool after the lifeguard's shift is over, as it would be ideal to be able to enjoy the space a little longer. I understand that the lifeguard has his schedule, but closing the pool at 7:00 PM seemed a bit early for us on vacation.
Otherwise, everything was great.

Lamentamos que algunos detalles no cumplieran sus expectativas. Nuestro horario de piscina se establece considerando normas de seguridad, aunque valoramos su observación para futuras temporadas.

Destacamos especialmente que haya apreciado nuestra ubicación privilegiada junto a Cala en Blanes, ideal para disfrutar de la costa menorquina mientras se mantiene cerca de Ciutadella.
