Als wir ankamen mussten wir 200€ kaution zahlen die nie vereinbart war beim buchen wir hatten kein geld und uns wollte man nicht ins zimmer lassen im endeffekt hatten wir uns dann auf 100€ geeinigt weil wir nur das da hatten. Servic ist schrecklich wir mussten unseren müll selber rausbringen wir sind im endeffekt keine putzfrauen im urlaub sondern wollen ihn genießen wir mussten alles selbst sauber machen es kam nie jemand um uns klopapier oder sonst was zu bringen pool war tage lang zu obwohl es warm war geld für parkplatz finde ich überflüssig. Im groß und ganzen keine gute erfahrung

Hello! We spent our holidays at the Cala Blanes apartments. The location couldn't be better, right next to Cala Blanes and a stone's throw from Cala Brut. It's a 5-minute drive to Ciutadella.
You can even walk to Ciutadella in 20 minutes along the coast, with stunning views.
The atmosphere was peaceful, apart from a few minor issues we had to mention. The entrance door to the apartments had a broken spring and slammed shut every time it was opened. Imagine people coming and going every two minutes, with the door right next to our apartment. It's true that we mentioned it and they fixed it immediately. Regarding noise, we had two families next to us, with their doors open all day, going in and out of their apartments since they shared meals and evening gatherings... they made quite a racket. We felt the staff should have kept a little more attention to the noise.

The pool was ideal, but they close it very early; in fact, at 7:00 PM they put up a net to prevent anyone from entering. Considering how hot it was, I think that's very early.
The kitchen was basic; there was no toaster, and we had to ask for a bottle opener. The frying pan was very small and of poor quality. Since it's an apartment for four, we had to fry in two batches, and the food kept sticking. I went to ask for a larger one, and they told me they didn't have any more. A few more utensils would have been appreciated; four are barely enough. You need more for cooking. We missed having a table and chairs on the terrace; we had to bring the kitchen table out every day. Otherwise, the service was pleasant, the value for money was good, and the cleanliness was okay, but it could be improved, especially the wooden shutters, which had a lot of cobwebs. The towel and sheet change service was perfect.

The shop was a bit small, and the prices were very high. The sofa bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were very poor quality; they sank in, the filling was terrible. The air conditioning in the bedroom and living room was perfect. There was plenty of closet space, etc.

The residence is very well located and very well maintained.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend it.

Despite the heatwave, the apartments were great, very well air-conditioned, clean and quiet, the location is a 10/10 next to Cala in Blanes, the staff were super attentive, we went with our 16-year-old dog and he loved it
