A very pleasant and quiet residence, very close to the sea, no need for a car. Several bus lines are available to go to Cannes city center or Cannes Labocca for shopping. The apartment was air-conditioned and functional. The cleaning was improved compared to previous years, although we still cleaned the terrace ourselves. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit positioned at the far end of the terrace, which blew hot air, spoiling the charm of peacefully enjoying the view and fully appreciating this corner of the terrace. It would have been wise to place it outside the terrace, as in other apartments.
We had an excellent stay in this small, quiet residence, which boasts a lovely swimming pool and is located a 10-minute walk from the sea. The apartments are air-conditioned, which is a real plus. For 4 or 5 people, you should book an apartment with a master bedroom and a sleeping alcove with bunk beds. A smaller apartment (without a master bedroom) would be insufficient.
A fantastic residence—quiet, spacious, and equipped with games and books, and the staff is very attentive! I would just recommend adding more electrical outlets in the small bedroom.
Dear holidaymakers, please be careful when renting your accommodation from private individuals. Absolutely avoid MAEVA, which rents out dirty and defective apartments; it's disrespectful of them to rent out properties in such a state.
