Honestly, they were very clean and professional. There was a small issue with the toilet bowl and a minor water leak, and within 10 minutes, they reacted immediately...? they sent a repairman and it was fixed! ??
Thanks again for a lovely stay! ❤️
The residence is located by the sea with easy access via two gates. There is ample parking, and the rooms are adequate considering the price.
I would like to thank the staff for their warm welcome, especially one of the security guards. One evening, my little girl was frightened by a dog and ran down one of the staircases, getting lost in the residence's basement.
He was incredibly calm, listened to me immediately, called on locals to secure the gates on both sides, and went to search for my daughter in the basement. For me, those 10 minutes felt like the longest of my life. Thank you to him.
I don't know his first name, but I know he is tall, has a shaved head, is a bit chubby, has a beard, is always smiling, and is incredibly calm. For a single mother with children, being sure of having a safe place with dedicated people who consider our children as precious as their own is becoming increasingly rare.
We wish to alert you to the serious and recurring neighborhood disturbances and unsanitary conditions related to the garbage management at this hotel located on Avenue Saint-Hubert:
Collection schedules and duration not respected: The containers are put out on the street as early as 3:00 PM, right in front of the building entrance and directly under the guest rooms. They sometimes remain there for two whole days (particularly during the August 15th weekend), outside of the scheduled collection days.
Foul odors in the middle of summer: Due to this prolonged exposure, nauseating odors constantly permeate the surrounding guest rooms and even reach the residences across the street, prompting legitimate complaints from residents.
Pest infestation and filth: Because the lids are systematically left open, seagulls tear open the bags and scatter the garbage on the sidewalks and Avenue Saint-Hubert.
Unacceptable behavior: The hotel employee who uses his vehicle to take out the trash displays a complete disregard for residents and laughs in their faces when they point it out.
This situation has become intolerable on a daily basis. We request that you intervene urgently with the relevant parties (hotel, service providers, or sanitation department) to ensure compliance with cleanliness rules, good neighborliness, and the designated waste collection times.
