Residenz Les Balcons de Collioure

The room was nice enough, quite modern and clean with all the mod cons. My main complaint is that I was supplied with a murphy bed, which wasn't what I expected. It was uncomfortable and not suitable for more than one person in my opinion. It was very hot during my stay and I have to admit I suffered a bit without air conditioning. Kitchen was great to have, especially the fridge as it allowed my to have cold drinks all the time (ideal as it was very hot during my stay). Bathroom modern with nice bath and shower, however during my stay I noticed a musty smell and there were exposed pipes behind behind my toilet. Hallways were terrible, very dark and smelled mouldy during my stay. All were in need of redecorating (wall paper peeling and holes in the ceiling tiles...etc). When returning from dinner on my own I have to admit I found the long dark hallways very creepy. The pool was very nice and always had free loungers Staff were very nice and tired to help as much as possible even though I couldn't speak much french. Overall its alright and with a few extra touches, like a proper bed and renovating the hallways it would have been a lot better.

We had an apartment on the third floor overlooking the beautiful town of Collioure. Wonderful views. Pet friendly. Good secure covered parking. Well equipped & a high standard of cleanliness. Comfortable bed & pillows & crisp white bed linen. Very good value. Very helpful & kind receptionist called Lea. Hope to return for a longer stay next time.

Dommage que les chambres soient petites et le wifi inefficace La climatisation dans cette région devait être obligatoire pour récupérer Sinon accueil sympa et si un souci vous arrive vous pouvez compter sur la bonne équipe

Nous avons bénéficié d’un logement avec une terrasse d’une belle superficie avec chambre séparée, moyennant un supplément financier, mais cela en valait la peine. En revanche, il est dommage que le parking ne soit pas inclus dans le tarif de la location

Lieu superbe avec vue imprenable. Dur à trouver car le panneau sur la route est caché par le virage et 1 arbre . Piscine un peu petite vu la taille de l'établissement . Personnel très agréable. Établissement propre
