Incredibly small rooms. There were four of us in a studio. It became a choreographed dance when four people had to change. Nowhere to dry clothes, you had to be creative...
Only one key to the room was handed out. Should have been at least two when there are four people!
Ski/boot storage in an almost unheated room. No boots can dry there!
The elevator didn't work. Luckily we only had one floor up to the ski room and access to the slopes (which required an elevator via the building next door)
A magnificent resort with incredibly attentive staff. The residence is well located, close to all shops, the slopes, and the gondola lift to Belle Côte. We had a wonderful accommodation with a breathtaking view. Thank you to the entire Pierre & Vacances team. Book a parking space!
