Alles was man von einer guten Unterkunft für einen fairen Preis erwarten kann, nur der Balkon könnte etwas größer sein... Sonst sehr gut!

Very well placed (shops and slopes). apartment 802 has a great view. Very clean, functional and renovated. The only downside is the noise from other tenants who clearly do not respect the "night" hours (after 10:30 p.m.). Provide earplugs!

Great accommodation with great location to Belle Plagne centre shops and restaurants. Only downside was Crystal Ski advertising this as ski in ski out which it is not (although once we worked out fasted route this was wasn’t too much of a trek!) Had apartments on 5th floor which is probably most convenient floor for ski lockers and centre access and not too noisy.

Arrived today January 14 at 2:00 p.m. It is 5:25 p.m. and we still do not have the keys to the apartment for normally availability at 4:00 p.m. And we don't know when we will get the keys. Yet Manon's welcome was perfect. Let's wait to see the rest of the stay. This is the first time in this residence and it starts badly. We used to go to Maeva in Plagne Bellecôte and we have never experienced such a mishap.

Ideally located, decor a little weird but that doesn't really bother me, very well equipped. However HUGE disappointment: we had a problem with the hot water in the shower. The water flowing from the shower suddenly changed temperature, sometimes freezing, sometimes hot, spontaneously and unpredictably. Many burns just by taking the shower... When the problem is raised, we are taken a ticket... Then nothing, the deaf ear. No excuse, we are not offered to change apartments, nor to bring in a technical team: nothing. When I fill out the satisfaction questionnaire, the same: no one contacts us. I find that really shameful. It's still not nothing to get burned every day while taking a shower and it clearly completely ruined our vacation. Fortunately we were two adults because with a toddler the burns would have been much more severe.
