Sehr angenehmes Apartment. Schlüsselübergabe sehr schnell und freundlich. Das Apartment befand sich auf der 22 Etage und der Ausblick über die Stadt und das Meer war atemberaubend.
Es war sauber, nur im Badezimmer roch es etwas stark. Scheint der fehlenden Belüftung durch ein Fenster geschuldet zu sein.
Alle Annehmlichkeiten, wie Pool des benachbarten Hotels konnten kostenfrei mitgenutzt werden. Es wurde ein kostenloser Shuttle Service zum Strand angeboten. Dieser fuhr alle 30 Minuten.
Alles in allem ein Angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Wir sind hocherfreut, dass Sie die Schlüsselübergabe, die Sauberkeit unserer Apartments und die Nutzung der Annehmlichkeiten des benachbarten Hotels als positiv empfanden. Dass der kostenlose Shuttle-Service zum Strand und die Aussicht von Ihrem Apartment auf der 22. Etage Ihr Erlebnis bereichert haben, ist wunderbar.

Allerdings bedauern wir, dass das Badezimmer nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Die fehlende Belüftung kann tatsächlich zu Gerüchen führen, und wir empfinden es als sehr wichtig, dass sich unsere Gäste in allen Aspekten ihres Aufenthalts wohlfühlen. Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkung ernst und werden die Situation prüfen.

Nichtsdestotrotz freuen wir uns, dass der atemberaubende Blick über die Stadt und das Meer sowie der allgemeine Zustand des Apartments zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen haben. Wir sind stolz darauf, dass unsere Gäste von der Vielzahl der Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten und Aussichten profitieren können, die wir anbieten.

Nie wieder! Total Dreckig, Putzfrau putzt nicht, leert nur Müll aus. Handtücher werden auch nicht immer gewechselt. Sehr laut. Alles verschmutzt und staubig. 30 min Wartezeit auf die Aufzüge. Bett fällt fast auseinander, eklige Einzelbetten, total unbequem und quietscht. Die Couch ist eine Zumutung! Kaputt, schmutzig und stinkt! Man kann nicht darauf sitzen ohne darin zu versinken. Katastrophe! Wenig deutsche Fernsehsender. Rezeption unhöflich, lächelt nicht. Kein Wlan im Zimmer verfügbar. Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Perfect Experience
My stay was unbeatable. The apartments are in perfect condition, very clean, and have truly spectacular views. The facilities in general are excellent, and the attention to detail is evident. I had the opportunity to try the hotel restaurant, and the food was of exceptional quality. Furthermore, the staff was impeccable: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to enjoy.

Long wait for the elevator, no staff or service present in the building, you have to go to the stone and holidays next door, there is a shuttle to go to the beach, the swimming pool is very small and does not look inviting, the apartment has a balcony where the view is magnificent, too bad the apartment was dirty, marks on the walls, on the doors, smell in the bathroom, the kitchen is very old, there is no cooking equipment (dishes, pot, etc.) fortunately there is a dishwasher to wash everything again, so I had to do a big cleaning when I arrived, which is not normal, I asked to have the missing dishes, I was told yes, I got nothing, these are apartments where young people come to party and drink a lot, so very noisy but it doesn't matter, no one in the building to ensure the peace of mind of the customers. Very disappointed

Deplorable experience, scandalous service.
In a room located in a building with over 30 floors, the walls were crumbling in the middle of the night, and I was simply told that this was "normal."
After contacting Booking.com to resolve the problem, the hotel claimed to have evicted me, even though I still had the keys, just to avoid refunding me.
A hotel to avoid at all costs!
