This hotel was disgusting. We arrived at 12 to drop all our luggage as we came as a family. They told us we would be able to store our luggage when we arrived but we couldn’t so we had to sit in the hot sun for 3 hours waiting for them to open. As soon as we got room keys, the guy at reception tells us we need to clean the kitchen and bathrooms and strip the beds when we leave. The room was old and smelly and dirty. The shower stunk of pee and there were yellow stains on the shower floor. First night sleeping there and I got bitten by bed bugs. The next morning I told them we are not happy and would like to be refunded for the last two nights. They told me they would get people in suits to come and clean and it would take 4 hours and I said I didn’t want to stay. They refused to refund us. This is like a one star hotel. It is so old and dirty and they need a renovation. The pictures make the place seem better than in person. We were only given one toilet roll for the whole family: I’m disgusted and the service was shocking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The value for money of the accommodation, location, available amenities, and cleanliness were all excellent. I would recommend it and gladly return.

The only drawback was that for our building (Brévent), we had to go outside to access the parking lot and especially the spa.

The apartments have good standards and are located very centrally in Chamonix. Good services like pool and ski storage.

The best and worst aspects of a 3-bedroom, 6-person apartment on the 4th floor (room 23): excellent welcome, but:

- old and dirty carpet in the common hallway
- two-thirds of each bedroom has a ceiling height of less than 2 meters
- one of the two bathrooms has a ceiling height completely below 2 meters
- the bedroom and bathroom doors don't open properly (a design flaw and a sign of extreme cost-cutting)
- access to the pool is only possible via an outside entrance
- the pool is only deeper than 1.5 meters over one-third of its surface area
- you have to walk through a cool corridor to get from the pool to the hammam/sauna
