We are loyal Pierre & Vacances customers and have always appreciated the quality of our previous stays. It is precisely for this reason that our disappointment is all the greater today.

In our opinion, this establishment should not be presented as a Premium residence. We booked an apartment advertised as renovated, but the photos bear absolutely no resemblance to reality. The accommodation we were given is outdated, with finishes that reflect neither the images in the advertisement nor the expected standard of a Premium residence.

Upon arrival, we expressed our astonishment at this clear discrepancy between the booking and reality, hoping that a solution could be offered. Unfortunately, we are still staying in this accommodation.

The common areas are unfortunately no better: the hallways are dirty and emit a strong, unpleasant odor, which gives a very poor first impression.

Upon arrival, we spoke with an English family who also expressed their disappointment with their accommodation, which they described as dilapidated. We had come for a pleasant family weekend, trusting in the usual quality of Pierre & Vacances Premium. After this first day, we were unfortunately quite disappointed and hope that the rest of our stay will leave a better impression.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment (living room + bedroom + balcony)! The location was ideal, centrally located (with an excellent bakery next door!) yet quiet and close to hiking trails. It had a good orientation. The lovely balcony was perfect for enjoying dinner while admiring Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. The bedding was excellent! We also appreciated the paid underground parking. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is dog-friendly. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was practically unusable for us due to the heat. Overall, an excellent stay!

The rooms are clean and have a great view. There is no air conditioning, but the kitchen is fully equipped. The only downside is the small size of the rooms. I booked an apartment with two rooms. The receptionist was smiling and polite. Thank you.

The pool was a bit noisy, but after a day outdoors, swimming was very pleasant.
