If I could have put 0 I would have done so. Very dirty room. Nails, hair and fur on the ground. Dust everywhere, we told reception that the cleaning had not been done, they told us "yes there were drivers in this room so it was not done", they said that They were going to send out an alert to say that there was cleaning to be done. THEY NEVER DID IT. They just gave us a vacuum cleaner. The elevators did not work at all, and when it did work we were on the first floor, we had to go up to the 13th floor to go down to the 1st. Never seen this, worst hotel in the world. The security guards come at 10:01 p.m. because we're "making too much noise", while we were doing the dishes, they said "we can hear you when we put our ear to the door", normal dude. Anything. Dirty dishes. Then the ski rooms???? we are talking about it ?? There is room for 3 MAX skis, not even room to put on shoes. Nice for a room of 5 people.

Horrible experience, still glad the mountain made up for it. The residence, even if it looked beautiful from the outside, the interior is a horror, the rooms are shabby. The carpet unstuck, the beds without slats, the dishes non-existent, unknown marks on the floor whether in the corridor or in the room. The duvet on my double bed is in fact a single one which is practical when sleeping… A single elevator for the entire residence and what about the ski lockers allowing space for 2 skis to fit in, practical for rooms of 5 people . Let's now talk about security guards who should surely be better selected; competence should not be a selection criterion. Between unexpected awakenings for so-called noise (talking in your rental during the night) and false accusations leading to so-called warnings. What can we also say about their confiscation of our speakers at 9:30 p.m., which is also illegal, or even prohibiting us from being in groups of several people in the rooms (are we in a holiday camp). In summary, this residence is to be avoided especially if you go through totally it's a big 0 flee and definitely don't book there, or in any case good luck.
