Perfect stay

This is the second time we have gone back. Friendly welcome and the staff are always attentive.

Pleasant and available staff. The studio is very well equipped, the swimming pool is excellent, close to everything on foot.

Large rooms, parking, but zero services

It is not a hotel but a residence where you can prepare your meals. The apartments are large, with 1 sofa bed and two bunk beds, but there is no service, not even breakfast or bed preparation. It's up to you to make them with the sheets, covers and covers that are provided. They can be prepared at an additional cost but by requesting it the day before your arrival. Note that in my room, the blind overlooking the small terrace did not work, which let in light early in the morning in May.
Large paid parking lot. Location very far from the city center and restaurants of Saint-Servan, where the residence is located. Car essential to go to the fortified city.
I give the minimum rating because it was impossible for me to contact the reception by telephone at 6:30 p.m., during reception opening hours (between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.) to ask how to do it given the delay I had on my program . I had to modify this one, which ruined my day, to arrive before 7:00 p.m. Explanations given to me: there are only 2 receptionists and they cannot answer the phone when they are busy. As for the answering machine, it does not take messages, indicates that an email must be sent and gives, spelling them in an incomprehensible way, 2 email addresses. We couldn't do worse as a welcome.
I therefore advise looking for another establishment, for example the nearby Ibis hotel, which has underground parking, and where I was able to have breakfast.
