A 2-week stay in this residence, well-located near the shopping street of St. Servan. Numerous buses serve several nearby locations.
A market twice a week with local merchants selling quality produce.
You can reach the city on foot or by bus, and enjoy a beautiful stroll along Sillon Beach.
Possibility to go to Dinard (boat shuttle) and Cancale (bus).
Cons: The apartment (304) is located next to reception and near the elevator (doors noisy). The mattress topper installed doesn't allow the sofa to be folded down, and the balcony is a bit small.
Cons: The swimming pool and the children's playroom.
Well-appointed and clean apartment.

Discovered a quiet place located near small shops, a little far from the beach, but Saint Malo has other assets (small streets full of history, picturesque hiking trails by the sea). The accommodation is comfortable, the staff is welcoming. The bathroom and the linen provided are clean. A small downside, the dust on the floor would have deserved to be done more thoroughly at the sofa level. The residence is well maintained overall.

Great apartment, well located, clean, attentive staff

The location is quite nice as is the building. Unfortunately, it has aged rather badly, the bedding (impossible to fold the sofa bed because of the mattress topper), the kitchen accessories (pans and pots) are also in a sad state. For a 3 star, it is not quite what I expected.
