Parkplätze können gegen Gebühr reserviert werden.

Zudem war es das günstigste, was in dieser Region zu haben war.

The vacuum cleaner and broom are in the hanging closet, so they can't be used. There's an old coffee maker; they now use capsules, so there's no need to go looking for filters. The coffee grounds are sticking out.
