We had booked for 6 days in this hotel: we didn't even stay one night. While the room was relatively clean but not incredible (more of a 2 star than a 3), the noise in the room was just unbearable (it directly overlooked the center of the resort, very poorly soundproofed). We reported this information to the management who claimed to have never had this type of feedback (you only have to read the other Google reviews to understand that we are not the first to complain about it). We were also supposed to have free access to the resort's swimming pool, as specified in the advertisement. This was ultimately refused on the grounds that we had not booked for 7 consecutive days. When we complained to the reception, no solution was offered to us. We had to insist on switching to another, more upscale Pierre et Vacances hotel, entirely at our own expense. In short: avoid.

Overall disappointing stay despite impeccable staff.

Positive points:
• A big thank you to the staff, especially the receptionist, for their warm welcome, helpfulness, and professionalism.
• The location is convenient, close to shops and the ski slopes.

Constraints:
1. Constant noise: Traffic (cars, buses) is very present, making it feel more like a city than a mountain.
2. Unpleasant odors in the residence, which affects comfort.
3. Pool access not respected: When booking, we were told that pool access was available, but once we arrived, we were informed that we had to reserve a week or more to benefit from it.
4. No parking in the residence, which complicates arrival and stay.
5. Poor facilities: Sauna out of service, ping-pong table damaged. 6. Renovated apartment... but without high standards: The renovation seems rushed and done with little care.
7. Very disappointing mountain view, well below what one would expect from this type of establishment.

Conclusion:
This was our first experience with Pierre & Vacances. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations, and we're hesitant to repeat the experience.

Nous sommes sincèrement navrés que votre séjour n’ait pas été à la hauteur. Nous comprenons parfaitement vos remarques concernant le bruit, les odeurs, et certaines installations momentanément hors service. Concernant l’accès à la piscine, nous regrettons la confusion liée aux conditions de réservation et prenons note de votre retour pour améliorer la clarté de ces informations.

Pour le parking et la vue, nous savons que ce sont des éléments importants et nous sommes désolés que ceux-ci n’aient pas été à la hauteur.

N’hésitez pas à contacter notre équipe sur place si vous rencontrez des difficultés lors de votre séjour, elle est toujours disponible pour vous aider et améliorer votre confort.

The + are the very helpful, welcoming, accommodating and professional staff, especially the receptionist, a big thank you to him.
Location close to shops and ski slopes
The - the noise at night because of the bar located opposite which lets drunken customers shout in the street until 3am then the sweeping of the garbage delivery trucks, buses and others begins
A taxi stop is located just below the residence, they leave the engine running
The foul smells in the residence, the apartment has dirty and damaged equipment, the sofa is dirty as well as the chairs and mattresses
This was our first experience at Pierre et Vacances
It turns out to be generally disappointing. We are not sure we will repeat

Top location with free shuttle and direct escalator access to the slopes. Very functional residence and accommodation.
Perfect welcome. Very pleasant, helpful and respectful person.
To improve aging residence and accommodation and a little more plates, cutlery, glasses
.... would be better to limit the number of dishwashers.
