A team of professionals always smiling, in an aging residence, with Wi-Fi worthy of the 2000s.

Ideally located residence, with the beach right next door, which is a real asset. The rooms are functional but remain quite dark and of an aging style: a renovation would be welcome to meet current standards. Parking is complicated if you have not reserved a space in the private parking lot and there is not always space. The games room is a real plus for families (a little maintenance of the table football would be useful). The laundry, on the other hand, is very accessible and greatly facilitates the stay. Finally, the teams are friendly and professional, which makes the experience overall pleasant despite some points for improvement.

Residence very well located in the town center of Les Sables d'Olonne. Direct access to the large beach and shops. The 4-room studios are very functional and the terrace allows you to eat outside for 2. Very professional, helpful and friendly reception team.
