Down the street, you will have your feet in the water because the beach is so close!
Functional apartment. It has everything you need. And when you see the sea from the balcony it's the best of the best!

I recommend and would not fail to return if one day I return to Les Sables d'Olonne. Especially since, a priori, refreshment/renovation work will be carried out!

The only downside is the bedding on the sofa bed, which was not optimal for our taste, a lot of noise as soon as you turn around and not very comfortable.
