Very disappointed with my experience with this hotel. Although the reservation voucher mentioned a possibility of cancellation, it was impossible for me to cancel my stay. I notified the hotel two weeks in advance of an impediment, but they refused to reimburse me the €400 I had paid. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
Honestly, it’s a total scam! Avoid this hotel if you don't want to get scammed like me
