Several stays in this residence over the past few years.
Spacious apartments, very large balcony.
Good bedding, bathroom accessories, soaps etc... bathrobes, slippers. TV in bedroom and living room. Kitchen and accessories, electric citrus press, rare in usual rentals.
Clean residence, well-equipped apartments and monitored as to their condition, in our case it seems the bathroom was redone, shower, well-sealed shower screen.
Near train station, shops 20m away Carr.City, bakery, beach 100m away.
Pleasant and attentive staff.
The only downside is the recurring problem of rainwater in the garage, probably due to a design defect which is not necessarily due to PV.
Conclusion....experience to be had.
