We stayed here as a family for two nights during the All Saints' Day holiday. Ideally located between Monaco and Menton, the residence is truly superb. The staff were very attentive. The bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. The beach is very close. The rate was quite reasonable (it must be much more expensive in the summer). We had a great time here.
The kitchenette was really complete, the rooftop pool. And parking is available for an additional fee. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Very nice residence, in the city center but very quiet. Close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, and restaurant next door). Our renovated 2-bedroom apartment was very comfortable. The rooftop pool is very nice. The secure underground parking is very convenient. I recommend it 100%.

We just stayed there for a few days. A very well-located residence, with very quick access to the beach.
The residence is very clean and the staff is pleasant and professional.
The apartment was very clean, large, and functional. Bed linens and towels were provided, which is a big plus.
A large terrace with electric curtains.
A small supermarket just below.
In short, a superb address that we highly recommend.
I'm deducting 1 star for the paid underground parking, which costs €48 for 4 nights, but it's essential because it's difficult to park around the residence and there's paid parking everywhere.

The apartment's kitchen area is very well equipped, with a coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, corkscrew, baskets, hotplates, and more.

Perfect size, bedroom with quality bedding, and a very pleasant and relaxing little terrace area.
Impeccably clean. The housekeeping is superb - Nicoletta and Georgetta are always attentive, very professional, and kind.
