We spent two weeks at the end of July in this residence. The air-conditioned apartment for six people had two bathrooms, a large balcony on the 5th floor with a sea view, and a fairly large kitchen with a big fridge. The master bedroom had a very large bed, though the mattress was a bit too firm. The children's room had two single beds. The sofa bed was practical and comfortable. The rooftop pool was lovely, with magnificent views of the sea and mountains. It was the perfect size; even at the end of July, we always found a sun lounger. It's well located, a two-minute walk from the sea and barely 10 minutes from the train station. The Corbusier trail is beautiful. There's a bakery across the street, a Carrefour Market right next door, a butcher shop, and a few restaurants nearby. The secure underground parking is a shame it's not included. The staff was friendly. There were a few drawbacks, including dampness in the hallways, a sewer smell when the taps were turned on, and the floor wasn't very clean upon arrival, but these didn't spoil our stay.
Beautiful location, very pleasant and professional staff, clean room, and the pool water was a good temperature.
The three negative points: the pool opens at 10:00 AM, which is a bit late for peak season, especially since the gentleman cleans the pool the night before closing time, closes the parasols, etc.
Having to leave the room at 10:00 AM is a bit early, especially since check-in is from 5:00 PM onwards; we already lost the whole day. You could have at least let us stay until 10:30 AM; we're on vacation.
The pigeons defecating on the room balconies is a disaster; the towels are covered in pigeon droppings, which is disgusting. Please try to find a solution for these two negative points; otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you for the kindness and professionalism of the entire team.
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is quite well located which is of course a positive but the staff were extremely rude (even for France). It was incredibly hot in the room, about 26 degrees and went up to 27 degrees, we talked to the staff about this for 5 days and they said nothing, just that it worked as it should and that it takes a while to cool down the apartment. Our last day (we stayed here for 9 days) we found a note in the room where it said that they kept the AC at 25 degrees which is the coldest for the sake of the environment (so they could save money), which is WAY too hot. We all had extremely hard time sleeping and woke up several times drenched in sweat because it was so hot. Coming home from walking around outside in up to 32 degrees to an apartment that feels just as hot was not fun. Avoid this accommodation, it was terrible. And to the hotel: don't write that you have AC if you don't have it on!
