Very large room, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything is spacious and beautiful. Excellent breakfast. Two separate pools.

Positive points:
- The breakfast and bar staff, and Clara at reception
- The sea view from the pools and restaurant
- The cleanliness of the room
- Buffet breakfast

What can I say? This establishment claims to be premium, but nothing is.

Let's start with the staff, and especially the slightly older woman who is probably the reception manager. From the first day, we understood that the service would be minimal. We asked to drop off our luggage: we were directed to a luggage room open to everyone, with no checkpoints, and no help dropping it off or finding our way.

We then wanted to go swimming, but no sunbeds were available, either because they were "reserved" or because it was full. The first pool was actually located between all the accommodations; the second was unusable without paying €30 for a sunbed or a drink at the bar; and the last one, the one with the sea view, was constantly full. We informed reception of the problem, who told us it was strange, that it was rarely full... Thanks for the help.

Second day: We complained about the insulation and the heat. The insulation was so poor that we could hear our neighbors coughing, snoring, or opening their cans. The air conditioning also worked very poorly. We asked to change rooms and get a fan. The problem was completely ignored: we were told there was no fan and it was impossible to change rooms.

Third day: A fight broke out over the reserved deckchairs. In fact, no checks were made, and by 8 a.m., all the deckchairs were taken for the day. A Spanish vacationer ended up with a broken eyebrow, to the astonished eyes of the other guests.

In the following days (we stayed for a week), the staff did nothing to help us. They sat on their chairs, doing as little as possible. One evening, at reception, a staff member was watching a video on his phone in landscape mode, without even saying hello—like most of the team.

We spoke with other guests, who shared the same problems: poor service, inability to use the pools... In short, never again at Pierre & Vacances for me.

We loved the hotel, a wonderful location, and the place is beautiful, a very nice hotel, we were surprised by the tranquility and the landscape, a restaurant with a great atmosphere and delicious food, the service was unbeatable both at reception with Gustavo who was the one who served us and with the guys at the restaurant, especially Jaime who is very attentive and friendly and his colleagues.

The hotel's service, facilities, and location are all top-notch. The breakfast is superb. It has incredible views of the sea. 100% recommended.

Magnificent location. The rooms could use some updating and are noisy due to their location. There's no cooking facilities. The breakfast was perfect. A special mention goes to Clara and Carla, who were very welcoming and attentive.
