We loved it, we will definitely be back!

Since the two receptionists present were busy talking to each other when we left, and didn't ask us how our stay went, I'm giving a quick update online...

We stayed 3 nights in room 73, on a bed and breakfast basis.

Positive points: Despite our late arrival, a charming receptionist gave us excellent information on things to do/see. The residence is a beautiful building complex, well located, and the breakfast is very good.

Negative points:
1. Our room smelled of sewers. According to the reception, this can happen depending on the wind... (!), which is ridiculous because the smell wasn't coming from outside, but from the bathroom (shower drain problem?). The hotel was full the first night, and it wasn't possible to change rooms. We weren't offered anything for the following nights. 2. Catastrophic restaurant for its category...
One evening, we decided to dine at the residence's restaurant and regretted it. We arrived at 8:30 p.m., were quickly seated on the terrace, and our order was taken immediately. Everything was fine except that we had to wait until 9:30 p.m. to be served our first starter: tomato bread (!)
Everything then went quite quickly, but some dishes were burnt... the reason for this failure and panic in the kitchen and in terms of service: a large table with more than twenty people inside was served first... we would have liked to have been warned upon arrival that there would be a wait, and we would have gone elsewhere.
In the end, a rather steep bill for a rather disappointing evening and unsatisfactory dishes. The waiters apologized, but ultimately, we won't be returning...

The place is spectacular, very well located, and the room was fine. But I don't like the staff's treatment at all; it feels like you owe them something. On the day of check-in, your room is supposed to be ready at 2:00 PM, and they made us wait almost an hour. They didn't tell us what was going on or apologize. We had to go every 15 minutes to ask if it was ready instead of calling us on the phone or something like that. When it was ready, they didn't even call us, and we insisted quite a bit since we were coming from a long trip. Also, one of the days we were there, when they cleaned our room, they took our towels; they didn't change them, they just took them away. Later, we realized they were outside the room in a bag on the window. I don't think that's normal. I consider the restaurant service very slow, and the restaurant isn't worth it for dining. They charge for the view, but between the time it takes and the price, we only ate for one day and that was it. Plus, when we left, they didn't ask us how we were or anything. They didn't offer us pool towels or tell us there weren't any pans for the kitchen. It's like you have to chase them down, and I think they should be informing you about the entire hotel...

Very very good!! A super comfortable hotel, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. A good long weekend. And the food in the restaurant was very good, the mussels with a very good sauce.

Excellent place. Very nice rooms, professional and very friendly staff ?. Perfect location!
