I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. We stayed for four days in July, and the air conditioning in our room was broken. Every night, the room was between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius (apparently, it was a problem in one wing of the hotel). We complained several times, and it wasn't until I informed them that I was pregnant that the only solution they offered was a noisy, makeshift air conditioner. We paid €742 for four nights without air conditioning. We complained to the hotel, where they told us that, being a chain, they couldn't do anything, and we filed a complaint with the Menorca Tourism Board, where they have remained silent. Terrible management with no solution to a basic need like air conditioning in the middle of a July heatwave.

It was the most important weekend of our lives as a couple, as my boyfriend was going to propose to me, and we had made the reservation in advance through the call center. However, upon arriving at the hotel, we were surprised to find they wouldn't be open until Monday, the day our reservation ended, and not until Sunday as we had thought. They didn't offer us any alternatives at the time, and the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful.

They finally transferred us to another hotel "of the same category," but unfortunately, it wasn't the room we had reserved, nor did it have the charm of the original location. Beyond the disappointment of the situation, all of this meant wasted time, inconvenience, and stress on what should have been a special and relaxing weekend. A very unfortunate experience, especially given the lack of empathy and solutions from the staff.

A perfect place that will guarantee you a wonderful vacation. A very pleasant and professional team. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The icing on the cake is the splendid view; what a joy to wake up to every morning. We will be back with pleasure.

Beautiful property, magnificent view, exceptional breakfast, close to the village of Binibeca

One small drawback: the kitchen equipment doesn't even allow you to prepare a mixed salad (the utensils are more than minimal).
