We stayed at this hotel recently and have mixed feelings.
The outdoor setting is magnificent: beautiful pools, a splendid sea view, and a truly fabulous, varied, and high-quality breakfast.

However, we were disappointed by the quality of the rooms, especially considering the price paid.
In the first room, a constant noise kept us awake. We were told it was coming from the fridge, but even with the power off, the noise persisted.
The staff kindly offered us another room, much quieter this time, but unfortunately overrun with insects (caterpillars, woodlice, etc.), despite the windows being kept closed.
Another area that could be improved: the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The privacy screen only covers three-quarters of the bathroom, which leaves some visibility from outside, which isn't very reassuring.

In summary, a very pleasant place in terms of the exterior and shared services, but a real lack of comfort and quality in the rooms.

Absolutely not recommended – disappointing and overpriced

We paid €288 for one night for two – and were massively disappointed. When we checked in at 3 p.m., the reception didn't know if our room was ready, so we had to wait. We were finally given another room that barely deserved to be called a "room": careless, broken, uncomfortable, and completely out of proportion to the price. The shower leaked water no matter what you did. The balcony view was underground!!!

For this price, you expect at least a certain level of comfort and service – neither of which was available here. The entire experience felt chaotic and unprofessional.

For me, it's clear: never again. If you don't want to throw your money away, you should avoid this hotel.

A very nice, quiet hotel. I can recommend it to everyone. We stayed there for 10 days and felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back.

We were in room 69. It smells very damp (there are no windows for ventilation). The location near Binibeca is excellent, but keep in mind that it's a 1-hour drive from Cala Macarella and Turqueta (if you arrive after 9:00 a.m. you can't enter these coves, as happened to us 2 days ago). The hotel's breakfast is good and varied. Be careful if you eat breakfast on the terrace because the seagulls come and eat everything on the table and knock your glasses to the floor. It's worth noting that we had one incident with reception. At 10:00 a.m. we requested an iron for 3:30 p.m., and they made a note of our room. At 6:00 p.m., after complaining several times, they told us they had 15 irons for guests, but they didn't have the room number and said we couldn't complain. Very poor organization.

We loved it. It's perfectly located on the seafront and in the charming village of Binibeca. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is exceptional. The staff is very friendly, a special mention to the two adorable Breton interns ?.
We'll be back with pleasure.
