Too beautiful, good buffet, quiet and photo compliant I recommend

Excellent vacation, we enjoyed it! The hotel is located next to the white fishing village and next to the sea. The views are a spectacle. The incredible buffet breakfast, we highlight the cava, the natural honeycomb, guacamole, nuts, all very fresh and delicious. The comfortable room, with refrigerator and small kitchen. We will repeat without a doubt.

The location is spectacular, the resort restaurant needs to improve

We booked this hotel because of the location and the beautiful view of the village. A very pleasant area, 15-20 minutes from the airport, you can hear planes, but in fact this is not critical, then you don’t even notice. There is parking next to the hotel, it was not difficult to find a place even late in the evening, but we were at the beginning of the season. The view from the hotel is wonderful, the area is very beautiful, swimming pools, a bar with a view, terraces, next to the hotel, on the right, there is a small bay, from there you can dive and snorkel, I highly recommend it.
The hotel itself, of course, already needs a little renovation, but for us this was clear from the photographs, and not so critical - we paid for the location. Our room was quite spacious, a large bathroom with a shower, a small dressing room and a mini kitchen. Even though the room needed some repairs somewhere, everything was neat and pleasant. The only thing is that the sound insulation is poor, late at night and early in the morning you can hear everything that happens in the corridor, conversations, steps, all the slamming of doors. Overall, we liked the hotel, the area, the view, the breakfast, the pools, the atmosphere.
Of the minuses - the reception staff seem to forget what exactly is included in their work, they give out information poorly, do not smile, are not very hospitable, are not coordinated with each other, one says one thing, then you come and the second employee says the opposite, it seemed that they do not always understand when you speak English, they look questioningly when you ask them for some service. We saw at the hotel that there is a late check-out service, we asked them several times whether it was possible to book in advance, and if this service is 100% possible or can only be understood on the day of departure, we did not receive a definite answer, they only told us to come on the day of departure and request , which we did, one employee said that they might move us to another room, which then needs to be vacated before 18.00, he said that he needs to ask the management for confirmation, we returned after breakfast, but there were already other employees at the reception and they again They looked at us questioningly and did not hear anything about our request and said that the hotel was full. In the end, we used a room with a shower near the pool, but the reception services really left a lot of questions. There is a feeling that no one wants to strain and somehow solve problems. But this did not leave us with any bad emotions; basically we really liked the hotel. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
