The apartment is fine, the sofa bed leaves a lot to be desired (uncomfortable and is very sunken in the middle because it has no support in the center) after sleeping on it for a week I saw Menorca from the side because my neck was sore, the €200 deposit is a bit abusive compared to other hotels but hey it's their policy, the facilities and the room are fine in general

The place is very nice and well-maintained, but leaving a €200 deposit and having to do housekeeping at the end of the stay, well, I'm sorry, but I find it a bit excessive. Even taking out the trash, airing it out, and leaving the bed linens the same... I think some services are paid for. Since it was the last day because they were closing, by 7 a.m. they'd already cleared away all the sunbeds and umbrellas, and we couldn't enjoy the pool. The cafeteria service was closed. I repeat, we paid until checkout, and I felt like they were kicking us out. The season closes when the last guest leaves, not before. When sweeping the room, sand came out, and we didn't go to the beach. They need to take better care of their guests. Thank you.

Nos gustaría aclarar que en ningún momento se les ha echado. De hecho, han sido los últimos en salir del apartamento sin poner objeción después del horario establecido.

I find it disgraceful that at 6 p.m. they put up a fence around the pool claiming the pool is open until 6 p.m., and then they don't let you swim... At what point do they allow themselves the luxury of renting you an apartment with "pool service" when you can't even swim in the afternoon or after returning from the beach? I find it incredible. On top of that, they block 200 euros from your card and make you sign conditions, including that if you don't take out the trash on the last day or wash the dishes, they won't even give you back the money... In short, quite disappointing.

Very poorly equipped apartments, I paid for 4 days for 4 people and 1 dog, a total of €550 for the dog, they charged me €50 and they didn't even give her a bed, or a food bowl, or anything in the entire complex suitable for her, just a 25m2 enclosure for her to do her business, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a mattress only 2 fingers thick and very soft pillows, the kitchen was a joke, the ceramic hob was tiny and next to the sink, which is just as small, there were few utensils and no draining board to dry them, we had to take a table, put a towel and drain them there, the bathroom in the photos shown on the website had a bathtub, what a surprise when we arrived we found no bathtub and no shower curtain, imagine how the bathroom felt every time we showered, when we complained they told us they didn't have one for hygiene reasons, later we found out that they had given us the apartment for disabled people, without warning, without giving any kind of discount, Nothing. By the way, when we left the apartment, they told us to leave everything clean as it was, so we did so as not to lose the €200 they blocked from our Visa as a deposit. In the end, we ate out most of the time, as it was so cumbersome to cook, wash dishes, sleep on the sofa bed, shower, etc.
WE WILL NEVER RETURN.
