Large apartment with beautiful views of the sea, Gibraltar and the Moroccan coast! Great family stay! Clean and quiet residence.

We chose this location for its location. (trips to Gibraltar, Malaga, Marbella, Cadiz, Estepona etc)
Reception was mediocre, after a delay we arrived at our apartment, they had forgotten to cover the beds, there were also no blankets, pillows or bedding to do it ourselves, so we went back to reception in the middle of the night and then only get half of it.

Back again the next day because there were only 2 towels.
Day 6 back, no change of towels etc.

Then our daughter became very ill and we called SOS with the message: go to reception and they can call a doctor. But unfortunately after waiting 30 minutes (other customers were more important) we were fobbed off with a number for the pharmacy, which was also closed. Called SOS and was referred to a state hospital (tip: never do this, choose a private clinic!) After some hassle about payment, (signed that we will pay ourselves) my daughter was helped, we were just in time, she was dehydrated and her blood sugars were sky high.

Service here is really zero stars. With the exception of the lady at reception on Thursday morning and the friendly barmaids, shop and cleaning. The entertainment team also got a big 10. This has to be said.

We have been traveling for more than 20 years and at least 6 times a year, and have never experienced this before.

The apartment is typical of Center Parcs, fine at first glance, until you look closer.

During the first few days, Spaniards were playing with the ball in the swimming pool. We also bought a ball and were sent away after 1 minute...

We will definitely not be back and do not recommend this place.

Location is great because we had a rental car, otherwise you are very limited, there is nothing else here, including public transport.

DO NOT go here, it's like ending up in a deprived area.
It is now the middle of the night and we and our 3 children have been awake for hours. There are parties in the apartments and very loud music, no one from the park performs.
Service is bad .
You have to pay a deposit and adhere to the rules, unfortunately the idiots are allowed to do anything here and there are no consequences.
They don't do anything at the reception either.
