We arrived end of March .poor service, construction every where mainanance next door. There is charges 5 euros for parking your car whereas out side free street parking , you may need to walj long destance to park outside! No cleaning service .once a week !hot water limitation.
Next user should wait 4 hours for bath if need hot water.
Reception asked for 200 Euros as deposite and hold it for whole stay.
Reception people are helpful providing new kettle as it existing one was so dirty.
Also we requsted a toster.
Before 27th of March , is wennter season and reception is closed after 9 pm till morning and main gate is closed

Our cleaning schedule during winter seasons aims to balance guest comfort with operational efficiency, and we acknowledge the inconvenience caused by limited hot water availability in certain periods. The deposit process is standard practice to ensure accommodation conditions for all guests, though we understand the importance of clearer communication beforehand.

Nonetheless, we value your recognition of our team's efforts to enhance your comfort, and we hope the swift resolution of appliance concerns contributed positively to your stay.
