Magnificent views. Two swimming pools, one reserved for adults. Quiet holiday village in the hills. A car is necessary to visit the surrounding area.

Dogs and parking are charged separately. Unfortunately, the pool was only open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There's a bar and restaurant on site, but it depends on the shift. But there's nothing to do there without a car. Our car was hit on the hotel grounds, and unfortunately, they have very few cameras.

The location is beautiful, but the holiday village is dirty; the rubbish bins in the rubbish room (next to reception) are never emptied.

Parking is paid, although several people admitted to not paying, so only honest holidaymakers like myself have the pleasure of spending extra money on parking ?
The biggest problem is access to the sun loungers by the pool. Some holidaymakers reserve them for the whole day even when they're not actually at the pool. For instance, while we were having coffee at the poolside snack bar, we found our belongings next to the lifeguard and were treated like criminals by the security guard, who claimed we had wrongly reserved our loungers (even though we were having drinks at the bar, while other holidaymakers were hogging the loungers, and we don't know where they were!). We were so ashamed of this kind of behavior that we left and didn't use the pool at all (leaving it to vacationers who swim fully clothed, smoke, or eat by the pool – completely forbidden behavior!).

In short, a very bad stay.
I do not recommend it.

During our stay there were no problems and overall everything was fine; the staff was wonderful.
Negative: We've stayed several times since it opened quite some time ago, and this year the age of the facilities is showing, and in some areas there's a lack of maintenance, for whatever reason. For example, a very practical pedestrian door under the pool is closed. The worst part is that it's been two weeks since we left the apartment and we still haven't received our deposit back. I've called several numbers and they just keep giving me the runaround. This has never happened to us before, anywhere.

I went with low expectations after reading the reviews of this aparthotel, but I was completely disappointed!
The apartment was very nice, with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning actually worked (there were many reviews saying it didn't). We opted for half-board, and there was a good variety to choose from, including salads, pasta, meat, fish, and more. Something that surprised me was that water was included as a drink; normally, we have to pay for it, and it's quite expensive.
The beaches were beautiful, with crystal-clear water perfect for snorkeling, and very peaceful, not crowded at all, even though it was peak season. The only downside I can mention is that, being so large, you had to walk a bit to get to the buffet or the pool, but it wasn't a big deal.
On the other hand, for me personally, there were too many people at the pool; it was a bit overwhelming. In fact, it was incredible to see people queuing in the morning to get the sun loungers. There was another pool at the aparthotel, but it was only for adults (16 and over). It was much quieter, although we didn't get to use it.
In short, we plan to return next summer!

Nuestro equipo agradece que haya valorado tanto el apartamento como la comodidad de las instalaciones. Nos alegra saber que encontró útiles todos los detalles del alojamiento y que la cama le resultó confortable. Saber que el aire acondicionado cumplió con sus expectativas también nos motiva mucho, así como su satisfacción con la variedad y el funcionamiento de la media pensión. Nos parece excelente que haya valorado la inclusión del agua y que la oferta gastronómica le haya resultado variada.

No obstante, sentimos si los trayectos dentro del complejo resultaron extensos para su gusto o si la alta demanda en la piscina principal le restó comodidad. Tomamos nota sobre las impresiones respecto al espacio destinado solo para mayores, que busca también ofrecer más tranquilidad a quienes así lo prefieren.

Finalmente, nos alegra mucho leer que disfrutó de las playas cercanas, el ambiente sosegado y la limpieza del entorno. Nos llena de satisfacción que contemple volver a visitarnos el próximo verano.
