Very friendly staff. On the downside, there were loud parties outside the hotel that lasted until 5 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. There were also ants crawling around in the bathroom, and the balcony smelled strongly of marijuana. This is a hotel for party animals, not families with children. Room towels were changed every three days; the stay was a success, except for a few minor issues.

Zawsze jesteśmy dostępni, by na bieżąco rozwiązywać rzadko występujące sytuacje związane z utrzymaniem czystości w pokojach. Nasz zespół dokłada wszelkich starań, aby zapewnić rodzinom komfortowy wypoczynek w otoczeniu przystosowanym do różnych potrzeb gości.

Mamy nadzieję, że udało się Państwu skorzystać z bliskości plaży Santa Ponsa z białym piaskiem i krystalicznie czystą wodą, która znajduje się zaledwie 250 metrów od rezydencji.

Byłoby nam niezmiernie miło gościć Państwa ponownie.

Having arrived urgently after a major problem with our initial accommodation, we chose this hotel by default, given the difficulty of finding emergency accommodation in Mallorca in August.
The reception is responsive, attentive, and allowed us to sleep "safely" for one night, for which we thank them.
The room is adequate for rest; it's a room with a bathroom, a standard one.
The bed sheet had sand on it when we arrived, and the pillow had hair.
The insulation is unfortunately disastrous, and the many local kids are disrespectful and bang on doors, yelling and slurring alcohol.
A complicated night, therefore, the smell of drugs in the morning doesn't help us get off on the right foot either.
We note, however, that the room was more than adequate and adequately equipped for a stay.
Just don't be fooled by Pierre et Vacances' reputation, but that doesn't depend on them, but rather on the tourist clientele.
The receptionist in the morning kindly exchanged us a bottle of cold water for our feedback.

Vacation rental for a very young clientele. A lot of noise in the many nearby bars until the early hours, with groups shouting in the street with no respect for others. I don't recommend it for a relaxing family vacation.
The residence is decent, the staff is pleasant and did everything they could to ensure our vacation went well!

The hotel is well located, with the beach, the city center, and bus lines nearby.
The staff is great, friendly, and available if needed.
Despite this, the rooms are adequate but lack cleanliness and amenities (missing dishes, etc.).
Be careful!! The noise is unbearable; the people here have no manners, whether in terms of cleanliness or respect for other guests.
If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the best hotel (because it starts from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.); it's mainly people who want to party!

Unacceptable conditions – never again!!!

We booked this hotel through lastminute.com and were extremely disappointed.

Even upon arrival, the room was in a disgusting state:
– Traces of feces on the outside of the toilet,
– Food residue on the kitchen walls,
– Hair in the shower,
– Smelly sheets and towels,
– Ants in the bathroom and even a few in the bed.

The entire room was obviously NOT cleaned or only very minimally cleaned, and despite an immediate complaint and a polite request for cleaning, nothing was done. Instead, the hotel later claimed they had returned to the room to clean it. If this is actually true, it raises serious questions about how cleanliness and hygiene standards are being handled here. The documented feces are being sold as alleged rust. Although it would be new to me that rust bulges outward!? ? (It was definitely shit ?)

In addition to the hygiene disaster, there was:
– nighttime noise until the early hours,
– cockroaches right outside the front door,
– trash lying around the property,
– and an overall neglected impression.

We were forced to buy our own towels, toiletries, and sheets just to get by. Rest was absolutely out of the question under these circumstances.

Only after two nights of stress and disgust did we rebook ourselves to another hotel – luckily, the costs were covered by lastminute.com.
The originally booked hotel still refuses to refund the two unacceptable nights and cancel the rest of the trip. Despite us providing clear photographic evidence and submitting several complaints!

This behavior is completely incomprehensible – especially when you politely ask for help several times.
Simple, a bit of dust, or the need for renovation – no problem. But paying over €600 for four nights and getting someone else's feces in the bathroom and this overall condition is absolutely unjustified!

I really can't recommend this hotel to anyone – neither because of the hygiene conditions nor the lack of willingness to accommodate guests or solve problems.

The only positive thing: the proximity to the beach and the friendly staff at reception.
But if you're really looking for relaxation, you'd better head to the other side of the bay – it's full of parties, alcohol, and nighttime noise.

It's best not to book.
