Very pleasant stay. The staff was both professional and friendly, and the setting was calm and pleasant. The accommodation was functional.

Accommodation for 7 people, 1 bedroom and 1 sleeping area with bunk beds, which doubles as a "mini bedroom" with a door and window. Spacious accommodation.
2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bathtub), including 1 toilet. Very large balcony. Countryside view.
Entrance to the Antilles de Jonzac included in the rental price (ONLY the play area, not the relaxation area).

Plenty of walking trails.
Children's playground.
Tranquility guaranteed for children to ride their bikes on the hiking trails at the rear.

Jonzac and its surroundings are magnificent! Visited in March. The Antilles de Jonzac are fantastic! The accommodation is right next door!
The apartment is small for 4 people! Pleasant terrace with a beautiful view.
Large bathroom, but a bathtub!!! That hasn't been relevant for a long time! A shower would be more appropriate!
No kitchen, but a small corner!
Uh! No! No more! Not possible!
A bar fridge! Not suitable for vacation rentals!?
Broken dishwasher!
We were offered to change accommodations, of course, once we were settled in! Other than that, no goodwill gesture!
The website is lacking: a restaurant, bar, or activity room like at a campsite!
Ordering meals, not delivered on the day and which don't fit in the fridge! Waiting for this company to refund you!
To conclude: I enjoyed my stay, but there are huge improvements to be made to the residence!

We had a wonderful stay at Rives de la Seugne. The residence is very well located near the Antilles de Jonzac. The apartment was comfortable. We received a very warm welcome at reception, and the welcome booklet is very well-designed. There are beautiful walks to enjoy from the residence.
We will be happy to return.
