I enjoy staying at this Pierre & Vacances hotel every year. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the location is exceptional. Bonus points: a great pool, a dozen board games available, and very friendly staff.
Tip: If you can, rent the small houses rather than the apartments.

Excellent welcome, very friendly, efficient, and helpful.
There were two of us in a small house for six people, so it was very comfortable.
Three weeks in September, ideal for the peace and quiet on this magnificent island.
As of August 31st, there will be no more markets, only a small, overpriced supermarket!
So, we'll manage...
Otherwise, we had a dream stay and will return next year.

I recommend the Pierre & Vacances Ile d'Aix residence.
A peaceful and serene stay.
Very comfortable, well-appointed accommodation, with all the kitchen equipment you need.

A little noisy overall, but great.
A dedicated area for travelers' bikes would be a big plus.
