Very good accommodation for the family, spacious villas and especially the slides for children and adults in the pool. It has many activities for children.

We were really looking forward to a great vacation, but in reality, we found a hotel with poorly maintained sidewalks, uncomfortable beds, and very noisy air conditioning. The nearest pool empties. They come to change the towels after 4 days, and the maids open the door without knocking, interrupting our nap. We booked an all-inclusive package, and we went to the bar and they barely had any food. Check-out time is 10 a.m. and check-in time is 5 p.m. We won't return to this hotel.

The facilities and the villa we stayed in were in very poor condition. I don't recommend it. It's far from everything. Poor customer service upon arrival. The computers at reception weren't working. We had to wait.
I don't recommend it.

Mixed experience. Location out of the way but passable if you have a vehicle.
The accommodation left something to be desired. When we arrived, there were cigarette butts in the garden, as well as fast food wrappers, all very visible.
The first few nights were very difficult because the strong wind made the shutters flap on the bay window, making it impossible to sleep. The staff told me they weren't responsible for the wind. No kidding.
So they advised us to put a towel between the shutter and the bay window....
The equipment leaves something to be desired: A dining table for two people in a family home of seven is a bit thin!!!
On windy evenings, we had to bring the garden table inside to eat together as a family.
In 15 days, we never had a cleaning service done, even though it's part of the service, apart from changing the linens, and despite numerous reminders.

The convenience store is extremely expensive (packs of water cost 8 euros, for example), so you have to shop elsewhere.
The evening entertainment is very repetitive and therefore boring. But I still applaud the efforts of the entertainment staff.
Everything costs money (pool, children's games, basketball, etc.). At the bar, you can't even ask for a glass of water; you have to pay as well!!
We only had breakfast. There were a lot of people in the dining room, so space was limited for families.
A member of the dining room staff was very unfriendly.
The pool opened at 9 a.m., but people were standing at attention an hour beforehand to reserve sunbeds, so it was extremely unpleasant to find yourself in front of free sunbeds that were "reserved" thanks to a towel deposit.
The value for money is absolutely not up to scratch. Considering the price for the last two weeks of August, we expected better.

The place is quiet and the location is good, as long as you like being isolated and in the north of Fuerteventura... The apartment is well-equipped inside. It has amenities to keep the kids entertained and an adults-only pool, which is the best-maintained area.
You need a car for ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. It's between Corralejo and El Cotillo and can only be reached via a 4-5 km road, which you absolutely have to take to get from Lajares to the hotel or vice versa. Once inside, they gave us an apartment a 10-minute walk (literally) from the reception. The pool next to the apartment (Oasis 5) is closed, so we had to take the car to get to reception for everything (pools, changing towels, the shop, etc.). The place in general is neglected and abandoned. There are filthy traffic signs, completely destroyed sidewalks like I've never seen before. The children's pool slides are very deteriorated. Sunbeds are scarce and sunken. There were no shady spots to lounge in, nor were there enough hammocks for all the adults accompanying the children. The apartments in general also need renovation: window shutters, blinds, fire extinguishers. Everything looked rundown. There were five of us, and between bath and pool towels, you'd end up with up to 10 towels, plus swimsuits... and there was nowhere to hang them except the outdoor chairs, which you have to clean up yourself because of their location, wind and suspended sand are a constant source of energy. The floors of all the pools are raised, cracked, and neglected... It seems they have an ongoing lawsuit with the public authority for building in a protected area, and I fear that until that's resolved, they won't be spending a dime on its maintenance. It's clear that the staff is aware of all these circumstances, and at least it's true that they try to help in any way they can, despite the lack of staff (as everywhere in this country). In short, it hasn't been hell, but it requires a very, very thorough overhaul and the best possible attitude so as not to be bitter.
