Beautiful villa, well-equipped and clean when we moved in, everything in good condition.

Only one bed was very squeaky and wobbly, which wasn't fixed even after we reported it. It squeaks with every movement, so the other one woke us up as well.

A bit remote, so a car is definitely recommended.

The only thing we have to complain about is the cleaning during our stay. It was practically nonexistent; I think they only changed the towels. The floor was definitely not cleaned.

Sebastian at the reception always helped us with advice on restaurants and beaches. Very friendly and helpful.

A very good week. We stayed half-board, and it was really good and varied. No waiting.
The accommodation was very spacious, the bedding was excellent, and it was very quiet. Even though we were in one of the most remote accommodations, we were only a 5-minute walk from the restaurant.
We rented a car for the week. We weren't staying at Pierre et Vacances during the day.

We didn't take the all-inclusive package, just the accommodation. The accommodation was dilapidated: 2 cm gaps under the front door, windows that didn't slide properly, one curtain that wouldn't lower, a constant whistling noise with the lack of sealing between the doors and windows due to the wind. The only positive point was the bedding. Everything is in disrepair: the exterior floor is crumbling, the pool is peeling, some pools are closed and abandoned... For Pierre et Vacances' high standards, it's not worth the cost!

A hotel that only looks to save money and raise revenue by taking advantage of its guests.
The restaurant's behavior makes no sense, considering the chain and the hotel's category.
Today was our last night, and dinner was by far the worst. We arrived before 8:00 PM, and several trays were already empty. We were annoyed to see a plate with ham leftovers that hadn't been refilled. They set a tray for the fastest and that's it; if you don't arrive by 6:30 PM, you'll miss out on the good stuff. The same thing happens with desserts: they put out the good pastries, and at a certain time, they replace them with others, or the trays are completely empty, as seen in the photo I took. You can see how the chefs also take the labels with the names of the meals so you can't see the dishes that aren't refilled. Dismal for a 4-star hotel. Good hotels take care of this kind of thing. We won't be back.

And for the person responding to the reviews, we already know you're deeply sorry about everything. You don't even need to bother replying... after all, constructive negative criticism won't be of any use and won't be taken into account. You only care about continuing to earn and receiving 5-star reviews from people outside of Spain who don't know what a good traditional Spanish buffet is like. It's clear that it's designed for foreigners rather than Spaniards.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel. The hotel has 4 stars, but the rooms are dirty and almost everything is broken. The hotel grounds are also very run down. Only the reception area seems to have been renovated fairly recently, but even there the sofas are broken. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is so-so. Some days it's good, but mostly it's bad and there's a lot of sweets. The hotel is designed purely for the English, which is clearly evident everywhere. For us, it was the worst holiday we've ever had.
