What kind of mentality is Pierre & Vacances? The children's play areas are locked with a code; some people are allowed to go, others aren't… but we can spend our money at the pool, the restaurant, the mini-market, etc. There's no problem there. It's just shameful. We go to reception to get the access codes, and they tell us, "Sorry, you're not allowed, we can't give them to you because you booked on Airbnb and not with Pierre & Vacances…" Yet, as a resident of Pierre & Vacances, we paid like everyone else. Try explaining to a 3-year-old who walks past the play area 15 times a day, surrounded by other children playing there, that she's not allowed. It's just shameful and deplorable…

Fantastic stay! Unbeatable value for money. Surprisingly quiet location; you sleep well even though there are lots of families. Great leisure activities!!

The Aquaclub is the main attraction at Belle Dune, clean and well-organized. The apartments, however, are not up to the price, supposedly for 4/6 people. They offer enough dishes for barely two meals (11 place settings, 6 bowls, 6 coffee cups), 3 mini saucepans (one of which is unsuitable for induction), and a large pot for crabs—making it difficult to cook for four people, even pasta and potatoes. Dogs roam freely and leave droppings everywhere. The village is not gated, and depending on the cottage's location, you should be warned that the parking area is not nearby (requiring a trolley for luggage and groceries). The sofa, supposedly a double bed, must be from 1970! The three free activities included are unsuitable for 7-11 year olds and misleading.

Pleasant site with a swimming pool and many activities available. Not crowded in early November.

Well-equipped house. Nothing to complain about (except perhaps the dining area chairs, which are very heavy and need felt pads under the feet). Pleasant village surrounded by lakes and with a lovely water sports area.
