A wonderful stay at Belle Dune village. Relaxing and a real change of scenery. Very suitable for children.

A very pleasant stay, clean and welcoming accommodation, all that was missing was the sun!!

Accommodation in good condition but furniture needs updating. Lack of comfort. Pleasant village, very well located for a short weekend. Clean and recently renovated pool. Nice walks nearby.

The site clearly lacks modernity. Both inside and out, everything looks dated and poorly maintained: aging facades and plasterwork, neglected fountains, and overflowing bins upon our arrival. The whole place gives a general impression of neglect.
Inside the accommodation, the furniture is old, the equipment outdated, and the comfort insufficient. The sofa bed was broken and impossible to open properly. The sheets were completely torn. The insulation is very poor: no double glazing, no shutters or blinds (beware of waking up at dawn because nothing blocks the light), the wind blows under the doors and you can hear everything, and it was cold (and the toasters used as heaters certainly don't help).
As for cleanliness, we found cobwebs, hair, and moldy bathroom grout. Cleanliness clearly leaves much to be desired.
The swimming pool is too small for the village's capacity: far too many people in a limited space. The opening hours (10:30 am) result in long queues. And a major drawback: the water is freezing! The staff weren't particularly welcoming, and the rules seem to be applied inconsistently.
You also need to allow at least 20 minutes to travel to do your shopping, as there's practically nothing nearby. The same goes for my extras, which I have to pay for every time I use the main pool (€6/day per person, €15/day per person for the gym, €20/day per person for the sauna... A SHAME!)!
Considering the price, the value for money is poor. The place desperately needs modernization and more rigorous maintenance to justify the prices charged.
