Extremely noisy in the evenings, especially if you're above the bar and near the lake, which stays open very late. The noise is a massive echo chamber. The apartment is poorly insulated, making it unbearably hot (35 degrees Celsius or more) during the day. There's no possibility of changing accommodations. Avoid this vacation spot if you're looking for peace and quiet.

Belle Dune Stay Review – August 1st to 15th, 2026
We stayed at Belle Dune from August 1st to 15th, 2026, in a 4/6 person house.

The accommodation is very well located, especially in relation to the various activities and the swimming pool. The houses are a bit dated, but still perfectly acceptable. We found the cleaning to be satisfactory.

Our main disappointment was the size of the house. The bedrooms are very nice: two bedrooms with a single bed and one with two single beds. However, the ground floor is really small, and it was quite difficult for four people to live there comfortably. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and to be able to enjoy the outdoors, because when we had to eat inside, the four of us were so cramped that it was practically impossible to move.

On the other hand, the entertainment was fantastic; we really enjoyed it! The mini-market, restaurant, and bar were also very good. Regarding the swimming pool, it's important to know that it's a municipal pool, so during the hottest periods, it was extremely crowded. We felt it was a shame that Pierre & Vacances didn't have a pool specifically for guests of the resort.

⚠️ Also note: the outdoor pool is only open in July and August. If you come between September and June, you'll only have access to one pool, which is likely to be very busy, especially in bad weather.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday, with lots of activities and a great atmosphere. Despite the small size of the accommodation and the crowds at the pool, we have very fond memories of our stay! ?
