Simple and Practical

We were very well received, a big thank you to the staff who are very welcoming and smiling! The location is great and the presence of the parking lot is very appreciated as well as the arrival of food trucks (special mention for nomadic flavors)
We will come back for sure!

I didn't find the place very clean; a bad smell lingered in the room. The mattress wasn't comfortable at all. My nights were horrible.

Excellent accommodation option in Saint Malo. It's a 20-minute walk to the city center, but it's a pleasant walk. There is a private parking area where the car is safe. When booking, I asked to reserve a seat. Otherwise, most likely there would not be enough space.

The price per room is lower than similar options in the center. Plus a beautiful view from the windows, a lot of greenery, flowers and silence!

It is important to know: the sleeping place is a sofa. Overall it's not bad, but it's not very comfortable to sleep on. Bed linen must be made yourself. And before leaving, take it off and fold it on a chair. You also need to leave the room clean, take out the trash, wash the dishes and put them back in their place.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, a washing sponge, dish gel, two dishwasher tablets, a towel. No salt, sugar, butter.

I liked the small balcony where you can have breakfast in warm weather.

The bathroom has towels, shower gel and that's it. Shampoo and hand soap must be brought with you.

Upon arrival you need to pay a deposit, but it is returned 1-3 days after check-out if you have fulfilled all the conditions, did not damage anything in the room and left it clean.

We are very pleased that we are pet friendly. We were with a sphinx, she really liked looking out the window at the birds!

We'd love to come back here again when we're in Brittany.

The studio is very well equipped, there is everything you need.
However, big negative point on the bedding, room 402, it squeaks a lot, the mattress is too soft. We walked on average 15 to 20km/day and in the evening we wanted to rest in a nice, cozy bed, but that wasn't the case. We leave tired. Damage !
