Perfect location in Deauville. You can do almost everything on foot. The apartment was very comfortable, and the swimming pool heated in winter was a real plus that we loved! Only downside: lack of dishes and lack of pressure in the shower. But it didn’t spoil anything!

This was a great luxury apartment hotel thanks to its access to the spa and the heated indoor-outdoor pool.
The bathroom seals and fixtures are a bit dated, but that doesn't stop you from showering.
Friendly welcome and great location.

Overall, very good. Perfect location in the center of Deauville. We love the access to the quality pool. The staff is very pleasant and the place is very pretty.
There are a few flaws in the apartment that could have been avoided for the price (leaky showerhead, moldy shower seal, missing dishes, etc.)

Very good underground parking, very good apartment, very good swimming pool. Good geo-location between Deauville and Trouville, everything within walking distance.

Very mixed review.
Even though we were lucky enough to have an apartment with a view of the Casino, several points bothered us a little.
Leaving outside of school holidays but finding ourselves in a pool full of screaming toddlers thinking they were in a municipal pool—nothing relaxing, despite the 5-star spa concept.
Also note that reservations are required to access the hammam/sauna area. That doesn't mean it's not overcrowded, since there were about fifteen of us there.
Arriving for breakfast on Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. The receptionist told us to check with the receptionist to see if it was still possible to see us. The receptionist openly told us he'd forgotten about us. Result? The trays were empty. We were surprised and pointed out that we had reserved the night before and that it was specified that the weekend service was open until 11:00 a.m. He agreed and asked us what we wanted. So, we had a plated breakfast, not a buffet at all. Around forty euros for two for scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon, and a glass of juice. No fresh or local produce, just frozen pastries. We obviously went back to reception to let them know we didn't want breakfast for our last few days.
Also, keep in mind that parking is paid (and not included in the price).
However, we noted the ideal location on the peninsula. We were able to do everything on foot.
