We had a great stay in Deauville. A big thank you to the team for their welcome and their smiles. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and the bedding very comfortable. A little extra for the wellness area, very much appreciated when the weather was unpredictable ?

From the moment we arrived, it was fantastic. Morgane welcomed us, and it's great to see that there are still professionals in the hotel industry.

To start with the positive, the location is very nice (although not that close to the sea), and the 4-room apartment we had was practical, and well-appointed with a nice balcony, and the indoor/outdoor pool is superb. But otherwise I have a hard time understanding how anyone can call this a 5-star premium residence. Seriously? Mold in the hallway, open false ceilings (see photos) and overall an accommodation that could do with a good renovation (maybe we were unlucky). And also why offer the possibility of reserving a baby kit with stroller, high chair, changing mat, baby bed if nothing is ready upon arrival (apart from the baby set)? I was told twice by email that my request had been taken into account. When I entered the room, only the baby bed was there (very average condition, net with a hole). After insisting for a long time (because I was first told that nothing was available), I finally managed to get the high chair and a stroller. But seriously, I advise you to bring your stroller, because it was almost useless (a stroller that had had its day). I asked to change it and they brought me a new stroller that was worse than the first one. Overall, it was a good stay and the staff were very friendly, but I think it's a bit of a stretch to call yourself a 5-star hotel.
