Pros: The residence is clean and located 2 minutes from a beautiful beach.
Cons: The apartments are very poorly insulated and therefore very noisy. Avoid if you're going there for relaxation.

We were there for the first time in September and have absolutely nothing negative to say - we thought it was great and would come back again and again ?

The facility and rooms correspond 1:1 to the pictures. The apartment was really well furnished and very large.

The staff was super friendly ?

As already written several times, a deposit of €200 is due upon arrival. These simply serve as security for the holders. If you leave the accommodation properly, you will have absolutely no problems getting the €200 back. I think that's totally fine too.

Location:

There is a Spar 1 street further down. Even "1 floor" deeper beach & sea. There are a few souvenir shops and restaurants there. Otherwise the bay is beautiful and well attended ?

If you walk up the road from the beach, there are more restaurants, more small shops and, in a side street, another Spar with a bakery.

Downhill you slowly reach the harbor. There is also a bus stop from which you can go to Felanitx, Porto Christo or even Palma (if necessary, change) You could look for lines, times and prices on the TIB website.

The place is nice and quiet. If you like walking, you should walk along the entire harbor, along the wooden path to the lighthouse. On the way you will pass beautiful stretches of beach.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die malerische Bucht in der Nähe unseres Apartments zu schätzen wussten. Die Cala Marçal, nur 250 Meter entfernt, ist wirklich ein Juwel von Portocolom und bietet kristallklares Wasser und eine atemberaubende Aussicht über die Bucht.
