We had requested a sea-facing apartment and indeed received that view, but unfortunately, it came at the cost of a location directly overlooking a very busy and particularly noisy road, which greatly detracted from our stay. Our waiter, Maxime, was extremely unpleasant and dismissive, only towards us, while he was perfectly polite to the other guests. We tried to understand the reason for this difference in treatment, but never received an explanation. This clearly gave us the feeling of discriminatory behavior. An unacceptable attitude and a very disappointing experience. Despite this, we would gladly return, avoiding the sea-facing apartment and hoping never to encounter that waiter again!

A ten-day stay at the Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence: given the "premium" designation, I expected something significantly better, especially for the price.

Studio for 4 people: honestly, it's cramped for 3 adults.

The accommodation is dated and could use a good renovation. There's very little, if any, storage space, so when you're staying for 10 days, it's a bit of a challenge to keep your belongings organized.
The soundproofing is poor; we could hear all the neighbors.

In the entrance: a mezzanine bed and a slim wardrobe. This is the only wardrobe available for storing clothes, and it only has 10 hangers. So it's quite cramped for 4 people. Yet, the space is large enough to accommodate more storage (shelves, hangers, etc.).

The front door is very poorly insulated. It doesn't close completely and leaves a significant gap, visible at night.

Bathroom: It's very spacious (compared to the rest of the apartment), but the same issue persists: not enough storage. There's space to add a large storage unit with shelves along the wall next to the toilet.

The shower has very low water pressure, and it sometimes takes up to 10 minutes for the hot water to reach us.

Living room/kitchen/sofa bed: The same issue as everywhere else: insufficient storage. The kitchen could also use a larger refrigerator (especially when three adults are staying there) – there's space under the TV for a larger fridge.

The dining table and chairs are very bulky and impractical in such a small space.

And most importantly… the air conditioner is moldy (see photo), and the same goes for the ventilation system.

The view of the sea from the terrace is lovely! However, the glass door needs replacing: if you close it from the terrace (to keep the room cool, as recommended on the posters in the studio), you end up locked in, with no way to get back in. So you have to leave the patio door open (not very practical for keeping the room cool…).

For the price paid in high season, we clearly expect a "premium" accommodation.

?‍♂️ Regarding the pool: one of the residence's major pluses. It's beautiful, large, and well-maintained. It's supervised (at least in high season).

The only minor drawback is that it's 1.5 meters high everywhere. It would have been nice to have a lower area so people could sit down. As it was, most people stayed sitting on the stairs, making access to the pool more difficult.

?‍? The restaurant is also very nice; we enjoyed our meal there.

Dogs are welcome in the accommodations.

We were also able to rent an outdoor parking space (indoor spaces are also available).

The staff is very friendly!

We also enjoyed the on-site Thalasso spa: Pierre & Vacances residents receive a discount on treatments and massages.

? The best part: the proximity to the sea. The residence is just a hundred meters from the beaches, which is a real plus.
There's also a Spar supermarket nearby for groceries, so you can leave your car in the parking lot and do everything on foot.

Les Issambres is a lovely place, with several markets and night markets.

Perfect

Superb residence, clean, with courteous, helpful, and responsive staff. The restaurant is very good. The only downside is the residence's swimming pool, which is 1.5 meters deep throughout and has extremely strict rules, making it unsuitable for families with young children. We had a very pleasant stay at this residence with almost direct access to the sea (just one road to cross...).
