We stayed 4 days in a residence for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation as a whole is very specious and very pretty. However, the room on the ground floor for the disabled person is very small.
Housekeeping was OK. There are, however, quite a few dead insects or cobwebs.
Besides these details, the location and the residence are really great ? the view, the swimming pool, the SPA and the exteriors are very pleasant. Small negative point for the missing exterior lighting.
We had a very pleasant stay, also thanks to the treatments and relaxation areas offered.

Very nice P&V, ideal for families. You can enjoy beautiful facilities there (indoor/outdoor swimming pools, Hamam, Sauna, etc.)

We were very disappointed with our recent stay, in fact the cleanliness really leaves something to be desired!
A urine stain on our box spring, mice under the beds, spiders all over the place. Cobwebs under our dining table and a dead spider stuck to the wall!
Food stains on the wallpaper next to the table and on the tiles.
A piece of glass mixed with hair under the fridge baseboard!
Very reassuring for our baby who is discovering 4 legs!

Superb stay! Top notch staff. Magnificent location. Apartment very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The environment is very beautiful (pathways, green spaces) and very well maintained. I have been coming to Pierre et Vacances since 2019 and since 2022 to the Houlgate residence. I plan to go back next year and have already warned the staff! The spa is very good (swimming pool, sauna, etc.). The outdoor swimming pool is very beautiful, very clean (cleaned every day, I saw the gentlemen do it carefully), it is surrounded by a beautiful and large area with deckchairs, parasols and overlooks a breathtaking view ! And what's more, our beloved animals are accepted. In conclusion, superb vacation.
