Very disappointed!!! The indoor swimming pool is at reception....if you have an apartment on the other side you have to walk there in a bathrobe in winter it's far from pleasant. Too far from the city center and the beach. Old apartment, very small room, bed is almost stuck to the wall, no complicated bedside table for glasses wearers, impossible to put down a pack of Kleenex or anything else. The tiny kitchen has no dish drainer. As for dishes: 1 small frying pan, 1 stewpot and 2 saucepans. The couch is full of stains. IN SHORT.....YOU CALL PREMIUM!!!!

Superb residence, charming reception and spa staff, clean swimming pool, quiet, beautiful view, top apartment, clean, airy, bright. We loved our stay. Well placed for going to town or the seaside, the entire coast of Cabourg, Houlgate, Villers sur mer, Deauville is a real architectural gem.

We expected a higher standard. Everything is practically obsolete in our apartment (TVs without apps and dating, only 1 heating in the whole apartment worked...)

electric vehicles are increasingly popular even though there are no terminals or even a reinforced charging socket in the entire residence (when we drive for hours, we don't necessarily want to go to town to recharge the vehicle...)

First successful experience. Beautiful place, friendly and professional staff, functional and well-equipped apartments. The spa was good, very good value for money. Houlgate is super cute. Great discovery
