Honestly, the value for money is very good. However, not all rooms are equal and the cleanliness, especially of the floors, really needs to be reviewed. The Wi-Fi is poor.

We had a pleasant stay. The Pierre et Vacances is very clean, close to various cities to visit, the staff was always friendly and answered all our questions. Being able to reserve pastries for the morning is great.

The residence is on a slope near the charming village of Houlgate (about a 20-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive). Our mini-apartment faced the sea and enjoyed an exceptional view at all hours of the day. The property is well-maintained and equipped with many comforts, including a lovely wellness center. We stayed for a week, using it as a day trip from and return to Normandy. The location is ideal, as it's nearly centrally located, allowing for easy travel by car. The price is reasonable.
