The residence's location is ideal for those who love nature and tranquility.

It's just steps from the footbridge to Cabourg, the fish market in Dives, the local market, and more.
The cottages are superbly maintained and very well furnished.
We'll be back next year!

Beautiful, quiet residence outside of peak season. Close to the town centre and direct access to Cabourg from the rear of the residence via the footbridge.

We had a wonderful sunny weekend in Dives-sur-Mer. The renovated duplex apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and well-laid-out. All the staff were lovely and attentive. The location is ideal, with easy access to the beach, the town center, and even the fish market on foot. You can also rent bikes to explore further afield. We will definitely be back!
