Very friendly staff, including the receptionist, and the food is good.
The only drawback is the soundproofing when some neighbors don't respect others.
Overall, a pleasant stay!

Four days of vacation with my boyfriend. This resort complex is spectacular. The pool has a hot tub area. And the apartment is a 10/10.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, both at reception, dining room, and entertainment.
There are very spacious green areas, a soccer field, basketball court, and outdoor gym equipment. Everything is very complete.

We were with my family and friends over the weekend. Upon arrival at reception, the girl who helped us was concerned about other things, not us. She asked for our phone number so she could call us and check in. We told her one number was misspelled, and she said she understood. When we returned, she told us she had been calling us, obviously because the number was misspelled.
We also requested a crib for my baby. We left the rooms. When we went back to sleep, we realized there were insects (bed bugs) on the wall, crib, and around the hairline. We went to reception, and they said there was nothing they could do. We waited until morning, and they changed our room because we had complained about the poor service, but they still wanted us to wash and dry our clothes. Because these insects reproduce quickly, we were scared because we obviously had all our belongings there.
We spent the whole morning solving this problem with them, regardless of the fact that we were on vacation, and they claimed they were short-staffed because it was the weekend.
I think if they're not competent, they shouldn't have so many guests.
Luckily, we didn't get bedbug bites, and it was just a bad scare and a very bad experience.
They took action until my partner told them that if they didn't fix it, he'd call the police.
But their response was apologies, they did our laundry, and we're waiting to see if they'll give us a refund because there isn't even a manager on the weekends to fix these issues.
