In response to the hotel manager, if you had bothered to review the complaints left at your hotel, you would know that when we left a day early, my wife filed a written complaint at reception. In addition to the poor cleaning, there were recurring issues with insects like spiders and fleas, cobwebs on the terrace, and dampness in the bathrooms.
You give out rooms without checking them, just to see if the customer complains, and then you change them if it works.
Sir, please check that all the rooms you hand over are in good condition, or don't give them out at all.
Check and don't question whether my wife's bites are from your hotel or not, because my wife already showed them to your receptionist.
You only respond in writing, but you don't respond properly. I paid the full amount, and you only respond to customers through this channel.

The hotel setting is beautiful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the condition and furnishings of the rooms are substandard. The rooms are in very poor condition: torn sofa, broken furniture, unpleasant sewage smells… A serious renovation of the rooms is needed.

This is our third stay at the Bonavista Resort by Bonmont, and once again, we left feeling like we'd truly enjoyed a few days of rest, relaxation, and escape.

We love the facilities, the apartments, the pool, and above all, the tranquility of the resort. It's a place where we can truly disconnect and feel at ease.

The service we've always received in the restaurant has been exceptional. Every morning, Silvia or Liz had our gluten-free bread ready and toasted, always with a smile and a warmth that I deeply appreciate. Without a doubt, it's the people who make us want to return year after year.

After three stays, Bonmont has become much more than just a place to spend our holidays.

Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so at home once again.

Con enorme alegría nos hacemos eco de su excelente comentario.

Nos encanta saber que ha disfrutado de su tercera estancia con nosotros y que el resort le haya brindado el descanso y la desconexión que buscaba.

Nuestras instalaciones, los apartamentos y la piscina están pensados para ofrecer un entorno sereno, y nos complace que haya encontrado en ellos esa sensación de tranquilidad que año tras año le invita a volver.

Silvia y Liz se alegrarán profundamente al leer sus palabras. Sabemos que preparaban su pan sin gluten cada mañana con el cariño genuino que las caracteriza, y que usted se haya sentido como en casa es el mejor elogio que podríamos recibir.

Contar con huéspedes que eligen Bonmont por tercera vez nos llena de orgullo y nos anima a seguir cuidando cada detalle.

Beautiful, relaxing place with very friendly service, a large, warm pool, and excellent treatment of pets. Our stay was very satisfactory and reasonably priced.

Nos alegra saber que encontró nuestro enclave un lugar precioso y que disfrutó de un ambiente relajante durante toda su estancia.

También valoramos mucho que destacara la calidez de nuestro equipo. Trabajamos cada día para ofrecer un servicio cercano y atento, y sus palabras nos confirman que vamos por buen camino.

Es un placer que nuestra piscina climatizada de 400 m² le resultara amplia y agradable. Nos encanta que las familias, y también sus mascotas, puedan aprovechar estos espacios con total comodidad. Saber que se sintió bien acogido junto a su compañero peludo es una gran satisfacción para nosotros.

Por último, nos llena de orgullo que su estancia le pareciera muy satisfactoria y a un buen precio. Ofrecer una experiencia completa y equilibrada es justo lo que buscamos
