Everything was impeccable; the only thing missing was a washing machine in the apartments and a hairdryer.

The view from the apartment and the surrounding greenery are lovely, but the apartment itself is very old and even dilapidated, with a persistent smell of urine in the toilet. It was impossible to sleep; we had to cut our stay short because you sleep with your neighbors, both inside and outside. Between people playing musical chairs, seemingly until midnight, and those having late-night parties on their terraces just two meters from your window, you had to tell them to be quiet at 2 a.m. because there's no security guard patrolling to enforce the rules. It's a shame, but avoid this place if you're a family wanting to relax and unwind with your children.

Great stay from June 29th to July 2nd.
Very clean resort, excellent staff.
Fantastic water park (definitely worth checking out in high season).
Perfect mini-market for picking up anything you might have forgotten.
Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. Would definitely go back! ?

A very disappointing stay at the Normandy Garden.

The accommodation was poorly maintained: kitchen and bathroom grout blackened by mold, insufficiently clean dishes, cracks, a damaged terrace with missing tiles, a malfunctioning dishwasher, and broken curtain rods.

The most serious issue was the accident in the hammam. I burned my foot on a hot element that wasn't protected. I immediately alerted the lifeguards and then reception. An accident report was filed. This burn required medical treatment and several weeks of dressings, making it difficult for me to work.

I later learned that the establishment had apparently taken the necessary steps to install a protective cover on this equipment after I reported it, which shows that the problem was acknowledged.

Despite this, the only compensation I received was a €60 voucher, which I find woefully inadequate considering the inconvenience I experienced.

I'll let everyone form their own opinion, but for my part I am very disappointed with this experience.

Magnificent place, nothing to say.
Even geduld...
