A very pleasant stay, clean accommodation and comfortable bedding.

The only downside: no mattresses are provided for babies.

Don't go there for the kids' club.

We booked at this resort based on the promise of three 2-hour kids' club sessions for our children, which was supposed to allow us to enjoy some time together as a couple (spa, etc.). However, upon check-in, we were told there were no more places available and that no solution would be found despite our daily requests.
We are very disappointed, and this stay was therefore not worth the price we paid for!

The accommodation was showing its age, a bit outdated in both the bathroom and the kitchen. The dishwasher was full of mold and limescale, with debris clogging the filter, and it smelled terrible. After the second complaint, no one came! (They just tried a vinegar wash the first time, which didn't help at all). As for the facilities: the swimming pool is overcrowded during school holidays, too crowded and noisy; there should be twice as many pools. The games room is often monopolized by older children who let off steam and push the younger ones around.
It's a shame because the location is lovely. It was a first experience, but one that won't be repeated!

We had a great stay.
We had houses for 8 people with a bathroom and a shower room.
The water pressure was excellent.
The rooms were nice.

The houses were well heated.

We enjoyed the pool.
I especially liked the outdoor pool.

Unfortunately, we couldn't do the haunted house... It was too crowded.

I also recommend the restaurant.
