Strengths: the location, the facilities, the garden.

Weaknesses: the accommodation… Mold, broken shower, urine stains on the toilet door, traces of squashed mosquitoes on the wall…

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness. Unfortunately, despite the location and facilities, we're not sure we'll return… what a shame…

A great place to go on holiday with children!

The accommodation was functional, well-equipped, and clean.

The aquatic area could use some updating; it's a bit dated, and some areas (paddling pool, spa) are closed every other day. The entertainment team was great, but we were disappointed with the evening entertainment offered for a Pierre & Vacances resort.

Major drawbacks
- The swimming pool: very dirty and poorly maintained, no cleaning service during the day, litter on the ground from opening time, changing rooms with a terrible smell, paddling pool more like a footbath. Reception was notified but received no response.

- Security: the club is open without any barriers or security guards, people can come and go as they please, there are no identification bracelets at the club, so outsiders come to use the pool and block the gate to get in (there is also a code but it never changes…), and no control by the lifeguards or reception staff.

- Cars: people park anywhere and however they want because they can't be bothered to walk. Again, no control whatsoever. It's a disgrace.

On the plus side, there were some positive points:
- The accommodation was quite good, but clearly the house advertised for 8 is really only suitable for 4 or 5 people, not 8.
- The bedding was very comfortable.
- The entertainment for children was excellent, with lovely staff.

- There was a large playground and a multi-sports field.

- The location was ideal, but a car is essential.

We will not be returning. Family stay in August.
