Located 20 minutes from Cabourg. Cold welcome: are we welcome or are we bothering you? The village is on a steep slope. The terraced house was well-equipped but poorly maintained. The mini-market is very small and doesn't have enough bread. The swimming pool is old and neglected, yet the lifeguards could easily spend more time on it instead of being glued to their chairs. The hammam only worked for two days, and the sauna is dark and loses heat. Several jets are out of order. As for the restaurant, the service needs improvement; the main courses are served before the aperitif. The village is seriously lacking in handymen. The key handover at reception was as cold as ever.

The accommodations are spacious and well-equipped, the pool is very nice (but the heating is unreliable). The location is quiet.

A very bad experience at Pierre & Vacances Normandy Garden.
The accommodation we were given was dirty, the beds were in a disastrous state and very uncomfortable. The hygiene was deplorable. After changing accommodations, we discovered cockroaches in the apartment, some even falling onto our children's beds.
Our vacation was completely ruined. We spent all our time making complaints instead of enjoying our stay, without receiving a satisfactory solution.
Faced with this situation, I contacted my legal protection insurance, and the case is currently being processed. I consider this situation unacceptable and shameful. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will never stay there again.

We had a pleasant family stay. The setting is lovely and well-shaded. The restaurant is welcoming, and the food is well-presented and very good. However, as several reviews have noted, the place is showing its age: both the interior and exterior of the accommodations, and some of the equipment is damaged (stoves and dishwasher). The pool area was a major disappointment: the changing rooms and showers are outdated, the sauna is dark, the steam room only worked one day out of our seven-day stay, the jacuzzis were almost never open, and the pools were heated inconsistently (one day hot, the next cold). Fortunately, the weather was on our side, and we enjoyed beautiful weather in this little corner of Normandy, which is well worth a visit.

The positive points of the establishment:

- Central location for visiting the Côte Fleurie.

- Lots of activities: padel tennis, swimming pool...

The negative points:

- The place feels stuck in the 90s.
- A bathroom full of mold.
- When you try to contact reception, you have to wait at least 20 minutes (and I'm being generous with the time estimate, because it's often longer).
- The reception staff aren't very friendly.

- The pool is more like a municipal pool than a holiday pool.
