The place is lovely, well-located, and quite well-maintained.
We did miss having a few cushions in the lounge.
There's parking outside the premises, and the views are good.

Nos alegra saber que encontró nuestro complejo bonito y bien cuidado. Valoramos mucho que se haya fijado en el estado de nuestras instalaciones, ya que trabajamos a diario para mantenerlas en las mejores condiciones.

Dicho esto, lamentamos que echase en falta algunos cojines en el salón. Nuestro equipo de recepción está siempre disponible para atender cualquier necesidad durante la estancia y habría estado encantado de ayudarle con este detalle.

Por último, nos complace que disfrutara de las vistas desde su apartamento y del aparcamiento exterior. Nuestra ubicación, a solo 450 metros de la playa y junto al campo de golf Playa Serena, permite disfrutar de un entorno natural privilegiado.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean, the apartment was quite large, and the terrace had beautiful views of the golf course, especially at sunset. The location was perfect, very close to the beach.

This is the third time I've stayed at the Pierre & Vacances apartments in Roquetas de Mar, and while I generally like the accommodation, this was undoubtedly the dirtiest I've ever found it. I was quite disappointed, especially since I was already familiar with the complex and had stayed there before.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and its location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the beach. It's also a quiet area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a vacation.

However, the cleanliness was appalling, and the maintenance also leaves much to be desired. The sofa had visible stains, the curtains were filthy, and the track on the terrace door had accumulated dirt. Furthermore, there were rusty faucets, and the walls clearly need several coats of paint, as their current condition gives an impression of neglect and lack of maintenance.

It's a shame that an apartment with so many positive aspects is marred by these issues. When you arrive at accommodation, you expect to find it clean and well-maintained, especially when it's a complex where you've stayed before.

The spaciousness, tranquility, and proximity to the beach are its strong points, but the cleanliness and maintenance urgently need improvement. I hope the management takes note and reviews these aspects, because guests deserve to find clean and well-maintained facilities.

I would return because of the location and the comfort of the apartment, but I hope they significantly improve the cleanliness and maintenance for future stays.
