vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback zu unserem Hotel.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie unser Hotel und unseren Service genossen haben.

Trotzdem bedauern wir, dass die Parksituation nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Unser Parkplatz kostet €18 pro Tag, und wir halten diesen Preis durch eine Vereinbarung mit dem Casino bewusst unter dem üblichen Satz von €25.

Dennoch schön, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt bei uns insgesamt zufrieden waren.

Hoffentlich sehen wir uns auch in Zukunft wieder.

Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, mainly due to the lack of hygiene and the unpleasant odors in the rooms.

We stayed for a couple of nights, and upon arrival, we noticed that the bathroom in our first room reeked of urine. They offered to change rooms, but we encountered the exact same problem. Furthermore, this second room had hair in both the bathroom and on the bed, which is completely unacceptable in terms of cleanliness.

We asked to see a third room, and unfortunately, it had the same issues. All of this leads us to believe there is a significant problem with the facilities, possibly related to the plumbing or drainage system, which is causing these unpleasant smells in several rooms.

It's a real shame, because both the location and the staff's service are excellent. All the staff who assisted us were friendly, understanding, and did everything they could to help, offering us different alternatives at every turn. In fact, we felt bad having to keep complaining because we understood they were trying to resolve a situation that didn't seem to be within their control.

Ultimately, the staff deserves a very positive review, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms urgently need improvement. It's a shame that these problems marred a stay that, given the location and the service we received, could have been excellent.

Nos alegra saber que el trato recibido por parte de nuestro equipo fue amable y comprensivo durante su estancia. Valoramos profundamente que haya reconocido el esfuerzo de nuestros trabajadores por ofrecerle distintas alternativas en todo momento.

Sin embargo, lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Sentimos mucho las molestias relacionadas con la higiene de las habitaciones y los olores que describió. Nuestro servicio de limpieza realiza un mantenimiento diario de todas las estancias, y estamos sorprendidos por lo sucedido, ya que no refleja el estándar que nos esforzamos por ofrecer. Tomamos nota de lo ocurrido para reforzar nuestros controles de calidad.

Dicho esto, es un placer que la ubicación del hotel le haya resultado excelente. Nuestra privilegiada situación, a solo 150 metros de la playa y muy cerca del centro de Lloret de Mar, permite a nuestros huéspedes disfrutar plenamente de la ciudad y de la costa.

Esperamos volver a hospedarle y ofrecerle una mejor estancia.
