I booked an apartment at the Résidence Les Ravines in Méribel, managed by Maeva, through Booking.com for 7 nights (July 30th to August 6th) for €629. Upon arrival, the apartment was in an unacceptable state of hygiene: accumulations of dirt and thick dust behind the pull-out bed and around the refrigerator. Faced with this unsanitary condition, we were forced to leave after just ONE NIGHT. After an initial refusal from reception, Maeva customer service finally acknowledged the problem by email, offering us a ridiculous refund of only €81 (not even the price of one night!). It's shameful to make a customer pay for 6 nights not used due to their own negligence. We refused this offer and opened an official dispute via PayPal against Booking to claim our €539. Their customer service is deplorable, and their hygiene is appalling. I strongly advise against staying at this residence in Méribel!

We had a wonderful week in Ravines, staying in a renovated studio with a mountain view.
The accommodation was clean and well-equipped, although a bit small for four people in our opinion.
The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive.
The exterior could use some updating. Parking was free and accessible in just a few minutes.
All shops were within walking distance. The Olympic Park was also nearby (a few minutes' walk).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
The manager is aggressive and condescending.

We booked a room for 3 adults and were given a room for 2 adults and 2 children. So, it was impossible to sleep.
The rooms are very small and, above all, expensive.
